Not just once, before the Soul chooses to come into the body, but every day, in every tiny moment. Life as a human is an intense experience and the easier choice is to not be fully present. To numb out. To be distracted. To not feel. To play it safe. And yet, there are 8 billion of us now playing here in the energy field of Gaia! The numbers alone surely reflect that something profound is happening on this planet.  Perhaps visualize a concert or festival that has been running for years (like this snapshot from a U2 Concert in 2017). When the word spreads that it is an amazing experience, tickets sell out, venue is full, and the crowd exhilarates in gathering. If the concert holds no value, the crowd gets smaller, venue emptier, and eventually the event is cancelled.
Today on Earth Day (a brief pause each year where humanity chooses to honor the value of this planet as our Home) I bring forward a reminder that we are all practicing Infinite Embodiment... in each breath, each choice, each moment we live. As complex, intense and multi-dimensional as this human journey has been for me, today I pause to honor and celebrate my choice to be here now! To be fully present, the infinite Soul in this human journey known as Vivienne. Over the next 8 days on Instagram and here through blogs on my website, as we make our way towards the New Moon in Taurus, I am creating an experience of understanding embodiment through the lens of "I Am." I Am Home... I begin with sharing how I Am home. It is always an individual focus first to explore the layers of our own Soul, Body, Mind harmonizing, and then express in our own unique, creative way. Our Return Home... As more and more of us remember and honor our choice to be here fully, the collective experience shifts. It is already happening, one by one by one, as creative embodied Souls share their Gifts in bigger and brighter ways. What a Gift it is to be alive at this time on our planet! Happy December! We are just a few weeks from the end of 2019 and there is much moving and settling as we complete this year and this decade. I have a few Reflections to offer and I trust that if you are reading this, there are nuggets in here for you also! Completing 2019...At the beginning of this year, I tuned in energetically and created a guided meditation for the year ahead, titled "Yes, Please; Thank You; I Love You." In it, I described the collective shift I could feel happening in the year ahead towards full acceptance of ourselves individually and a willingness to receive more than we had ever allowed ourselves to receive in past years. Moving towards full awareness and then acceptance of who we are as Souls in human bodies is a big intention for one year! And so perhaps you, like me, have been feeling the intensity of this journey. It is not always easy or fun to see all the ways in which we show up (or do not show up) in this world. And it takes much courage to keep looking within and sifting through to discern the truth. Our own inner truth.  Many call this process Awakening... You may may have already been on this path for a while or it may have just suddenly begun for you. Self-acceptance requires awareness first, forgiveness often second, and then Love to flow through fully. Being able to accept our human-ness AND our immense and beautiful Divinity... that is one of the greatest Gifts of being a Soul-human here on Earth. Knowing that each Choice, each moment, each step led us right into the next and created a path that no-one else has ever walked before. When we are able to come to this place of self-acceptance, we realize that there are no right or wrong choices, simply Choices that lead to the next Choice. And this moment in which you sit here and now is exactly perfect. It could have been different, it could have been "better," it could have been "worse," and yet... here you are. Now. Fully present. In a few weeks, the calendar will turn to a new year and a new decade. And with that collective focus on Time, an energetic shift also occurs. A completion of this decade of 2010-2019. Many will mindlessly flow through this energetic shift without pausing to explore the completion of one phase and the beginning of the next... and that is a Choice to simply keep moving through Time in this way. What is possible for those choosing differently is a Conscious Awareness of this Time Portal. How do we change old patterns and beliefs? We become aware of them and we choose differently.  Time is a construct that all on Earth have agreed to as a form of structure and stability for Creation. As more people Awaken and become aware of these collective agreements about Time and Creation, new agreements are going to be formed. More will be created at an ever-increasing speed. We are already seeing this shift in the amount of information and content that comes through technology into our hands and ears and eyes. As more arrives into our daily experience, each of us is put more firmly into the driver's seat of our Choice of how we spend our Time. We can continue cruising along on default without awareness... and collective beliefs will carry us into the future. Or... We can become very aware and conscious of EACH Choice we make. EACH moment of how we spend our Time. And through those Choices, we change our Reality. Individually first, and then as more and more individuals are focused together... we change collectively. So, what do we do? What do you do? What do I do? Well, first, and most importantly, we bring our full awareness to completing this year of 2019 and this decade. How do you do that? Pause. Look at your reality, today, this week, this month:
 There are no "right' or "wrong" answers and no need for judgment about what you discover. There is simply Awareness... which leads to Choice. So choose to complete by the end of this year what feels necessary to complete in your life. Maybe there are conversations to have or letters to write or quiet time to put deliberately onto your calendar in the midst of all the activity. Only YOU know what is the priority to complete before the calendar changes, so choose to honor the answers you receive to these questions. And then there will be an Arrival at midnight, December 31st... and 7 billion Souls in human bodies will focus on Time changing, the calendar changing from 2019 to 2020. Greeting 2020...As a Time-Keeper for the Gaia Tribe, allow me to describe what I feel when humanity is collectively Greeting 2020. The first awareness I have is of Light.  More Light flowing into Earth... Gaia... this beautiful home planet that we chose to inhabit in the physical form. The Light is soft and gentle and all-encompassing, moving in slow waves simultaneously throughout ALL lands and oceans. There is no one central entrance point that humans could focus on to say the Light arrives here. It flows in through the atmosphere, everywhere, all at the same time, continuously arriving. Why Light, you may ask? Light is the Original Source of Creation. Light came out of the darkness and Creation began. It is the Contrast of dark and Light that offers the greatest learning, the greatest advancement for Souls. If we were all in the Light all the time, there would be no contrast to show us the brilliance of our Light! Humanity has played in this Contrast from the Beginning and it has served us well. We have evolved our species to a place of such strength and wisdom. And so the next evolution of our species is a Return to the Light. A return to Creation. A stepping out of the darkness and embracing Light. This cleansing process begins internally... individually... and then moves collectively. Since we live in a vibration of Free Will and Choice, what this next phase of Awakening looks like will be up to each of us individually. For some it may feel as if they've been asleep in a dark room and bright, harsh lights just suddenly got flipped on overhead. And so there may be a sense of chaos or confusion or disorientation as each acclimates to more Light.  For those already on their Path of Awakening, this will feel like the warmest of embraces. Like a favorite grandmother opening her arms so that we can crawl right in and be held in the most pure expression of Light and Love. Because ultimately Light is Love. The Original Light of Creation is... was... always has been Love. It is our exploration of Contrast that has had us forget this Truth. And it is a Truth each must come to individually. No-one can tell you that until you FEEL it. When you allow yourself to be embraced with pure Love, pure Light... it is beyond words. And yet, in each tiny Choice to become Aware... to be present... to open our Heart and allow the possibility of more Light to enter our energy field... Slowly, slowly our physical bodies and minds are able to adjust... to allow... to evolve. This Awakening is already happening. It has been happening since 2012. And the first major phase of this evolution completes in 2021. This next year of physical, earthly time is pivotal for humanity. Choosing Love instead of Fear in every potential Choice, big or small... each of us choosing Love again and again and again... shifts the collective frequency of humanity. So what do we do? What do you do? What do I do?  Greet January 1, 2020 with an open heart, steady feet planted firmly on this planet, and a clear intention to Choose Love as often as possible. Begin the New Year with a clear, fresh breath, releasing the old patterns that no longer serve. Take the answers you discovered (to the questions above) as you completed 2019 and draw yourself an energetic blueprint of who you choose to be in 2020... how you choose to show up in this world. Feel into your purpose as a Soul in a human body here on Gaia as humanity Awakens and Light guides us forward:
Even if you don't know the whole vision or picture yet, in your meditation time ask for just one next step. And then honor that next step and watch how the next one will appear right after it, guiding you forward. Perhaps without even knowing how it happens, Your Soul's Journey is now on a new trajectory. You are walking your Soul's highest blueprint. Take deep breaths as you move through this process of completing 2019 and greeting 2020... pace yourself. Allow the joy of this exploration to guide you! This is a Portal of Time that is precious and magnificent... not to be wasted if you are aware of it. I have deep gratitude for these spaces and these friends! And I am showing up for myself and my communities on December 30th by connecting to Source and guiding a virtual healing / meditation Completing 2019... and then again tuning in on January 3rd in Greeting 2020. We are beginning a new month, a new season here in the Midwest, and a new cycle of energy shifting on our planet. As we wrap up the third quarter of this powerful year of 2019, we open to the potential of the last three months of the year for aligning fully with the new mantra that I offered on January 1st. The Ho'oponopono Prayer for healing traditionally offers "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you." In the meditation I made in January, I felt that we are being guided into a new vibration with a chant of "Yes please, Thank You, I love you." This year has challenged us to look directly at the ways in which we have needed to forgive ourselves, forgive others, and forgive humanity for the stories, choices, and patterns that have led us here to this moment. And then... I believe we are each offered, in every moment, the choice to allow more Love ("Yes, please") into our own journey of our Body - Mind - Spirit, which then radiates out into everything around us... our health, our finances, our relationships, our work, our community. I have been moving through this energetic shift myself in so many ways and arrive here at the beginning of October in a field of New Beginnings.  I share much of my journey in daily nuggets in the Gaia's Love Podcast, which holds me accountable to speaking my truth and staying in integrity with the way in which I show up in this world. What I continue to find is that I am met in that space by the Love of Source and Gaia... and the energetic sound vibration that goes with each episode is pure. So here in this written form of communication with you, I am excited to share the new evolutions and creations that have flowed from this journey I have been taking all year!  Like all of us, I am in a constant state of evolution and since my work is My Soul Journey, the offerings that I share reflect that constant unfolding of my Soul in human form. If you are reading these words, there was something that guided you to this vibration that I am sending out into the world. There is some match energetically in what I offer here, and perhaps, what you are ready to receive. Like attracts like and I see that in my work all the time. So I invite you to be curious and open as you read the words and feel into the vibration of these New Beginnings in My Soul Journey! Healing Sessions...My greatest commodity (as is the same for each one of us) is my Presence... my full, undivided, focused Presence in the moment with you. If you have spent any time with me, you know the power of the way that I listen. I hear with my ears... my heart... and my Infinite Soul that sees the patterns and the weaving of ALL we each have ever been.  What I have come to realize in my professional journey is that much can be accomplished in a very short, focused amount of time when we are each fully present. Just one one-hour session where we are both fully present and open to all the possibilities of what your Soul wants you to see and understand as clearly as possible in the moment... can shift the trajectory of your path. Not simply because of the vision I articulate for you... but because of your choice to be open to hearing that vision... and then taking the inspired next steps to begin moving in that direction. So, while I call my individual sessions Healing Sessions, they are Activations at a Soul level of what is ready to open next in your own Soul-human adventure. You will know if / when it is time to allow that next expansion for yourself and I trust in the Divine Guidance that always brings the two of us together. Landing:
Humanity is made up of over 7 billion individuals, each having our own unique experiences of Life here on this planet. ALL of these individuals, however, make up the Collective energy, the Collective Consciousness that moves through all of our lives, whether we are aware of it or not. When an Awakening happens in one area of the world through politics, weather, health, finances... social media now ripples that Awakening through communities virtually. Those who are ready for a shift then become engaged in the activity that caught their attention.  I believe the purpose of Awakening at this time on Earth is to help us land more firmly in our own power, our own Awareness, our own Soul-human journey. We are here on Gaia to have a physical experience, to bring the formless into form by embodying Consciousness or Love. And to expand it from one human to another. Becoming more Centered and steady in who we are, knowing what Soul purpose we are here to fulfill, and allowing the beauty and the joy of this journey to move through us... THAT is the delight of being alive in a human body at this time on this planet! Yes, the word "Landing" feels so sweet. Perhaps we can visualize the internal and collective celebration that a community of travelers share when an airplane that has just been through some turbulence lands safely on the ground at the airport! Or the boat that has been a difficult voyage connects its rope to the dock and gets firmly attached to land again. Landing naturally implies safety, security, a sense of Coming Home. And that is the shift in the energies that I feel possible for all of us in this month of July. I believe we learn best through examples and so I bring a few of my own "Landing" stories forward for you here. My Home... My husband, children, and I have been in our physical home in Cincinnati for five years now. After a recent meditation, I drew a sketch of the way I energetically "see" our home and the changes I envision making to our front garden and entrance. Taking the feelings or the energy that I have known to be true about this place where I live and work and landing... bringing into form... grounding onto paper... that vibration allowed me to then share it with my family. My husband and I have spent some time since walking around our property, sharing the ways that we see that sketch of our home being implemented. And so it has created a deeper connection to guide us forward over the next six months to a year. This sketch for our home was the foundation of the Intention Grid from a recent Sunday meditation. If you are also feeling the pull to land more firmly in your own home or transition to your next new home, this meditation provides beautiful guidance. My Morning Routine...I enjoy reading about the routines and practices of those leaders who model fulfilling and successful lives. Committing firmly to a consistent daily practice seems to be a common thread through their stories. Over the years, I have played with different ways to start my day and this summer I have landed in a routine that flows so beautifully for me. I share it in the hopes that it inspires you to stay committed (or begin a commitment!) to your own daily practice.  6:30 - Wake up, take Star (my dog) out for his morning duties, put on my running clothes 6:45 - Unless it is pouring rain, I run / jog for 30 minutes, following the same path through the neighborhood. There is something so powerful for me in feeling the physical strength of my body while listening to music that inspires me and being surrounded by the ever-changing beauty of nature. I clear my mind and remember my connection to Life, all of Life, as I watch the sun rise. 7:15 - When I get home, I change my clothes, get more water to drink, and then go to my Sanctuary room by my office for 45 minutes of Kundalini yoga. More music, deep breathing, and a conscious awareness of how energy is moving through my body. This has been such an important addition to my morning routine! 8:00 - I make a smoothie (THE BEST meal of the day!) and then take a salt-infused bath, where I chant the Kirtan Kriya to the guidance of Nirinjan Kaur's music, allowing the agenda for my day to take form in that meditation time. 9:00 - After getting dressed and ready for the day, I sit in my chair and record the Gaia's Love podcast into my phone. I prioritize any tasks for the day and then scribe (audio record) any copy or content that is needed for the projects I am working on at the time. 10:00 - I am in my home office, creating the podcast and diving into my work for the day... calm, focused, priority to-do list written down in my journal, eagerly anticipating all that the day will bring! It's always a work in progress, but I have made the inner commitment and landed in a sustainable morning practice that helps me flow in alignment with my Soul's Gifts. My Work...When I started My Soul Journey two and a half years ago, I did not have a clear vision for where I was headed. It felt like I was taking one blind step forward into the next, trusting that there was land that would appear under my feet. I knew I was a good coach and that I had lots of ideas to share, but what form that would all take and how it would be expressed in my own unique way... I had no idea! And so I have played with different creations and offerings and forms of sharing my Gifts. I have found the ones that felt good to me and slowly and more firmly let go of the pieces that did not. Over time, the foundational platforms for my business have taken form. In flashes of inspiration in my meditation time, I would see the possibility of how they all connected and what the whole might be. This past April, at the end of a meditation, I scribed the way that Oprah introduces me one day in an interview. The final pieces of that channeled introduction took form this month with the creation of Gaia's Love podcast. I share a couple nuggets of the words I wrote then with you now:  "Vivienne is the author of the One Day series of books that are guiding Humanity through our current shift in Consciousness. Her books are written for Soul-humans of ALL ages, from the very young in 'Gaia Grows Up!' to the very ancient in 'My Soul Journey in the Gaia Tribe.' Her next book is titled "Gaia's Gifts'... Viv hosts the monthly Gaia's Love Festivals on the New Moon in locations around the world (coming soon!). Combining music, chanting, meditation, and channeling of energy, these popular gatherings are healing communities. When my Soul offers such a clear message, I follow the guidance and bring the formless into form! It has been a beautiful time of coming into alignment with the "future me," as Esther Hicks would say. With all of these pieces in place, my focus is now shifting to Sharing. I trust you are well on this beautiful sunny day here in Cincinnati! It's funny, as I was writing those words, I could hear the theme song from the old 80's show, WKRP in Cincinnati, dancing through my head! I couldn't resist sharing this quick flashback with you also - the lyrics are so perfect! (giggling as I write this!) When we first moved to the United States in 1982, I remember watching this show and being fascinated with the funny cast of characters, not really caring where Cincinnati was. Little did I know that Cincinnati would become my permanent home, the center around which my work, family, play, and life revolve! It is a curious journey indeed, these winding roads that we take in our human experiences. Believing Is Seeing...Over the past two years, I have been exploring this idea of Consciousness expanding within humanity. I first shared my reflections in June of 2016, describing Consciousness as Love. This feeling or idea that our experience of being a human can be so much greater, so much more joyous, so much more ALIVE than we have understood possible! In the many months and ups and downs since that first video, I have reflected and meditated and continued sharing my deepening understanding of what I know in my Soul to be true... Humanity is reaching a tipping point where Love Wins! Love Wins and Fear Loses. It may feel like I'm ruining the ending of a familiar and really good story with that statement! The fight between Good and Evil... Darkness and Light... Love and Fear have provided the contrasts that have made this human experience so inviting to Souls wanting to expand their Consciousness and evolution rapidly. We CHOOSE to come to this planet because of the promised contrast... because of the physical thrill and delight of feeling all of these human emotions. I describe this Soul-human journey in One Day:  "But as we are playing with time, space and the density of matter, the joy is in the contrast. ... Having a human incarnation and feeling the frustration of not understanding or remembering the greatness of the Soul. And then transitioning back to being a Soul again and going “Oh, man! How did I not understand that?! How did I not see that?! How can it be so dense to be a human?” So then we come back into another incarnation with higher expectations and bigger goals, convinced that this time we’re going to remember what it’s like to be in the higher dimension and how awesome we are as Souls! We land back in the human body and find that it’s the same density, the same heaviness, and the same contrast. Uggghhh… And we transition back into the non-physical Soul again, saying “Awww, no, I forgot again?!” Then back to another human incarnation where we don’t get done what we think we’re going to get done… and then we’re back to being a Soul again, going “Awww, how did I forget?!” There’s this exciting, beautiful, powerful loop – Soul to human, human to Soul, Soul to human, human to Soul… And it’s just Extraordinary!" So for me to say that the contrast is going to end may feel like a spoiler for the Souls who came for that exact reason! This is the funny thing about the twisting roads we take... the Soul already knows that at the end of the human lifetime, we return to being Love. Always. Love already Wins and always Wins! If we believe that to be true, then as Souls in human bodies, why can we not believe that we can create THAT existence here in the physical form also? Believing Is Seeing... Bliss has a beautiful Song that always inspires me called One Wish and this line from the song is one of my deepest Truths. "I've seen a place, much more than a dream, a place of such beauty, it hurts just to see, a place of no pain, no crying, no war, where peace is the treasure that has been restored." In my meditations and videos and Reflections-blogs, I am steady in my Knowing and in my Believing of this New Earth, this New Reality that is already forming. I open the doorway to the vibration of the New Earth every Sunday on the Gaia's Crystal Grid Meditations and I sit firmly in my seat every Tuesday, holding the vibration again on SO's Soul Stories. I KNOW this New Reality. I am living in this expanded vibration of Love more time in my week than I am not. Believing Is Seeing...As an energy healer, I have found Kundalini yoga (which focuses on the movement of energy through the body) and acupuncture (which supports the movement of energy through the body through needles) to be the most effective modalities or practices for me to keep my Body-Mind-Spirit healthy and strong. This morning in my acupuncture session, I asked my beautiful healer-friend, Kristin, to focus the acupuncture on expanding my energetic ability to receive. During that one hour session, I asked for my Consciousness to receive a clearer vision of the New Earth than what I already understood so far. This is the crystal clear answer that my Soul offered: "It's already here. It's in the vibration, in the sounds. The (New) Earth is Calm. It's Laughter. It's Higher (vibration). All the contrast is gone. It's only getting better. There's no room for shadow or negativity, it just doesn't exist. It's Inspiration. You FEEL it (the New Earth). We Believe it before we see it. We Feel it before we see it. The eyes are the last part to integrate. Everything else before the eyes. We hear it (through music, nature). We feel it (through vibration). We smell it (through nature). We taste it through the water. We see it last." Believing Is Seeing... On the last few Sunday meditations, I have noticed that I am guided to end the hour with two to three minutes of opening our physical eyes and integrating what the Third Eye has seen with what the human eyes see in front of us. This integration practice is such a beautiful example of what I am describing in this letter to you. The Third Eye... the Heart... the Soul... KNOWS and FEELS what is happening on our planet. The physical eyes are simply trying to make sense of and decipher what we already know to be true inside. Believing Is Seeing...And so I say to you today... Love Wins. Love is already winning! Fear Loses. Fear is already losing! So choose to release fear. Over and over and over again. In each moment where it pops up, holds us back and limits us, having us doubt ourselves, our lives, our choices, our gifts, our visions. Simply release the fear in the moment you feel it. COME BACK to the powerful Heart that sits at the Center of this human experience. And Expand Love. In each tiny moment, expand Love. Choose Love. BE Love. Over and over and over again! Believing Is Seeing... When we are children, we grow up wanting to change the world. Be famous! Make an impact. Leave this world better than it was when we arrived. It is NEVER too late to change the world. And I promise you, it happens in every small moment where we each show up and act from Love. This has been an intense and difficult week for humanity, as any of the stories listed in the headlines of the news confirm. "Our planet is shaking us awake" and leaders in positions of power are revealing their true characters in ways that are shocking and disappointing to many. It can perhaps feel impossible at times to connect in with the vibration of peace and love, with such resistance in the collective energy field. And so I arrive in your awareness today with a simple message that can powerfully guide us individually and collectively into healing.  Let us pause for a moment and FEEL the vibration of an ideal world. One humanity, collaborating with joy, delight, and intelligence. Co-creating solutions that empower individuals. Bringing resources so that everyone always has exactly what they need and more, in every corner of our world. This is a vibration of strength... of unity... of harmony... of love... of abundance. Now my suggestion is to find your individual match to this vibration. And then Hold The Vibration with me. This is the most important part of co-creation. Seeing in your mind's eye what the event, moment, experience looks like in the physical form. Dropping into your body to FEEL the emotions and activations happening in your energy chakras. And then to harness, almost like you are taking a potion and putting it in a bottle, your VIBRATION for that experience.  Much like a photograph that is shared on social media, the image that you see holds all of the vibration of that moment. All of the details. It is the same for what you are wanting to manifest. The vibration holds the power of it. Brings the power into the NOW. So that the action steps for that manifestation present themselves naturally. You, individually, can feel your role in the co-creation of that vision for an ideal world, for a new Earth, a new Gaia. Those things that are like the vibration being held in your mind, body, and spirit can now make themselves towards you, with ease and grace. It begins with the vibration being clear, alive, vibrant... and then you Hold The Vibration. As each individual begins to make this shift of empowerment, focus, and intention, the fear and heaviness of this external reality that we see through our screens and our news can be replaced... and the new vibration manifested... co-created in this Now moment. This is a daily practice. Perhaps many times throughout the day! And it can take a second, a minute, or you can devote a half hour. The vibration is a FEELING... a feeling.  So join me in clarifying your vision for your ideal world, feeling it, and then holding that feeling. Again and again and again and again. As this new vibration ripples across our world, one person at a time, the Universal Laws of Creation and Attraction support Manifestation. Simple and so, so powerful. And it begins with me. With you. With each of us. As the New Moon in Libra arrives on Thursday, it is a powerful time to clarify your vision for the new world and set your intention of a daily practice to hold the vibration with and for Gaia and humanity. I am writing to you on a beautiful Saturday in Autumn here in the Midwest, in my home in Cincinnati. We have a kaleidoscope of colors in every direction as far as I can see, as the leaves are changing their colors and falling to the ground. This is a season of change, even though this summer has stretched a bit longer into the fall (much to my delight!). The trees are reminding us that it is time to let go and to begin the regeneration / recycling process that is inherent in humanity and nature. As I have reflected on what to share of my journey for this week, the word that is most present is Conduit. Conduit - "A channel for conveying water or other fluid; a person or organization that acts as a channel for the transmission of something; a tube for protecting electric wiring..."  For many of us, the conduit / channel for water is an easy and familiar one to understand and visualize. We can see where the water sits in a reservoir or dam... and then is funneled through pipes, with the support of pumps and compressors into the network underneath the earth... up through the pipes... into our individual homes. And then we control the faucet as we turn the water on and off when we need it. That water supplies us with life. We use it to cook, to clean, to drink, to take care of our bodies. Water is an essential element for our human bodies and so we pay attention to how those conduits are transferring that water into our experience. What we perhaps do not visualize as easily is the process through which energy flows in and out of our daily human experience. The conduits are unseen. The reservoir is not visible. And so many of us do not pay attention to how energy is flowing and moving through our physical bodies and in our human lives. It is my firm belief that our understanding of, and increasing awareness of, our roles as Conduits of Energy is the KEY to healing life as we know it on this planet. And each of us is individually responsible for our own energy flow. Let us go back to the example of water. When we need more water, we turn the faucet on. It's a conscious choice to allow more water to come into our glass or sink. When we are complete or satiated, we close the valve and the water supply remains harnessed, waiting for the next time we open the flow. It is the same for us with our energy. As we develop practices that help us navigate or manage the flow of energy into our physical bodies, we become more efficient with how we use the energy.  Meditation is the gateway - the faucet. Some may call it prayer or mindfulness or yoga... there are many ways to meditate, but the foundation through all of them is the same. It is a focused awareness where you harness the potential of your own energy. The more you do it, the more you trust the flow and the faucet... the more you are able to manage the flow of energy through you. The beauty of this is that it's as simple as using a faucet for water. Anyone of any age can do this. It is not the exclusive secret of just a few. It is available to ALL. As we become more comfortable with this process of managing our energy, it is natural to come into alignment with the greater collective energy. We start to understand where the reservoir of energy is coming from, just like the reservoir of water. Staying with this example, we can see what happens when the attention of many is focused on water at a collective level, especially when we have an abundance or a lack of it. When there is flooding, a community will bring their attention on how to support that extra water being directed in ways that serve the greater good. It is the same when we are in lack in a drought. We conserve water as a community and we start to share our resources. Using that imagery, it is easier to see our individual impact on the collective, global energy field of our ONE humanity. As each individual becomes aware of his / her own power to harness energy, we can start to connect this energy into our Earth, much like solar panels harness the power of the sun or wind turbines harness the power of the wind.  Humans are able to do that same process. We have an immense individual reservoir of Source energy outside of this planet that is available in every moment to every individual. As we individually start connecting ourselves to that Universal Source of energy and we fill ourselves up first, there is naturally going to be an abundance, an excess that we can then direct and funnel down into our Earth to help power up the energy supply of our planet. We send our extra energy through the ground, into the invisible piping just like the water, creating a new field of excess energy within the foundation of the earth... available for those who need support to draw from in times of need. With this vision, we are able to co-create a reservoir of energy held in the ground, unseen but so, so powerful. We, as humans, become the conduits. Our Source energy flows through our physical form, through our energy chakras, and into Gaia, our planet, through the earth. And then that energy resource, that surplus, brings equilibrium. I call this process Infinite Embodiment and I offer an activation, a portal through which we can ALL create our own ways of being conduits of energy. Mine is just one example.  I invite you to explore this 22-minute meditation and then share it with those whom you know. Let us start co-creating this web, this wave of healing that is ready to move around our planet. Let us all step actively into this role of owning our full potential, our full power, our harnessed energy and maximizing it for the good of ALL. These are exciting, yes - chaotic, and also, absolutely beautiful times to be alive on Gaia, Earth! Autumn is a time of much play and delight here in my own journey.
