A year and a half ago, I scribed short phrases for each of the letters of the alphabet on a large sheet of paper, wondering what this little gift of words would become. As with all pure transmissions of Love from God / Source / Consciousness / Love, the threads of a new tapestry started to arrive in my life. Almost immediately, I realized that these A-Z phrases were going to be the foundation of a children's book and my meditation time introduced the project's connection to the Spectrum of Autism. The artwork arrived through the beautiful creations from Art With Intention, a non-profit organization founded by my friend, Patti McDonald, that utilizes art in a therapeutic program for children and adults with neurological challenges. Over time... slowly... consistently... a book has evolved. This tiny paperback children's book holds a giant universal vibration of Love. The phrases for each of the letters tell a story that is older than time, a story that all Souls remember as Truth. There are times in our Soul's journeys where we are offered a dramatic shift in awareness. A new, deeper level of understanding ourselves and the world in which we live. An opportunity to pause and go inward to heal old patterns and consciously choose new ways of being. Three months ago I created a Portal that I called Awakening The Guides. When I began the live 8-week program, I had a general outline of the topics we would cover and a structured format for the content to be placed into... and NO idea of what the content would be! Each week, for 8 weeks, I showed up on Monday morning for a one-hour recorded phone call where I channeled messages from Source, Gaia, my Soul. That same day, I created a homework assignment to be completed within a few days, allowing for an individual application of the topic covered on Monday's call. On Thursday, I created a video where I offered reflections and taught energy tools that released blocks and opened up new possibilities for the topic of the week. And on Sundays, we integrated all that had shifted in the one-hour weekly group meditation.  What I found each Monday as I showed up in service to Consciousness expanding was an incredible Awakening within myself first. Information that I had not yet remembered came through each week. And the synchronicities that played out in my human life in relationships, client sessions, work, and my own body were impossible to dismiss. Awakening The Guides is a powerful activation. A co-creation of Source and Gaia / Earth, funneled through my Soul-human Consciousness. The activation is intended to Awaken those who are going to be guiding humanity through all that is arriving and shifting on our planet in the next two years. How do I know?  Because I experienced it for myself first. As I showed up each week and received the activations, I expanded, I shifted, I became more than I was before the Portal opened in March. I walk my talk. Every day. I live my example of how to be a Conscious Awakened Soul in a limited, physical, human body... bringing through my Soul's Gifts in the unique, powerful ways that I chose before I arrived here on Earth. I am in complete alignment with the work I am here to do as a Guide for humanity... My role in this lifetime is to be a Scribe. A Scribe is an old term for those Mystics who maintained a clear channel of connection to God / Source / Consciousness / Love. The Scribes received the words, the messages, the information BEFORE humanity was ready to hear it. And their role was to be brave and to speak loudly. To share the messages that they received with confidence and courage... and a deep love and respect for the Source of the message... and for the receivers of the message. To Be A Clear Conduit. Awakening The Guides is a pure delivery of the empowering Love that Source and Gaia are holding for all humans alive on our planet at this time. The vibration is Pure Love.  Are You Ready?And now it is up to the receivers to tune into that vibration... and feel your own preparedness for claiming the activation that begins the moment you say yes to this Journey Inward. You will not be the same person at the end of the 8-weeks... ...and that is exactly the point. I trust you are well as we step into this first day of June 2018! Here in Cincinnati, I am watching a summer storm rolling through my back yard. Marveling at the power of the elements... the way that the wind can move the trees... and the noise of rain as it falls with emphasis from the sky! There is such beauty in the power of nature and it is a delight to simply sit back and watch the elements play. This word "Flexibility" popped up in a conversation with a friend a couple days ago and it has been staying in my awareness since then. As I watch the wind moving the trees outside in this moment, the word seems even more appropriate! Flexibility: "The quality of bending easily without breaking; range of motion / movement..." Like many of you, I receive lots of emails and links to blog articles from a variety of people who inspire me. I always find matches in my own journey to the stories they share from their lives and experiences. And so I trust that the Reflections I share next about flexibility offer similar nuggets of awareness and wisdom for you as you read my words. As Souls in human bodies, our evolution and growth is best supported by and challenged through our relationships... the relationships we share with our partners, our children, our parents, our neighbors, our co-workers, our clients, the friends we see in person, and the friends we know virtually through social media. We are constantly offered moments of Choice in how we show up in our relationships and how we experience others in the ways they show up for us.  It feels like our relationships are shifting and expanding and contracting and healing and releasing... at such a profound pace now. Consciousness / Love... is evolving more and more rapidly... every day. Yes, EVERY DAY! What earlier in our lives may have taken us several years to work through within ourselves and then play out within relationships seems to be happening now in a matter of just days or weeks. It can be emotionally draining and difficult to try to keep up with the constantly shifting energies in our relationships... IF we are NOT staying in our own center. What do I mean by that? Perhaps the example of the trees blowing in the wind storm provides a visual illustration that can make sense of what I am describing in theory here. (Allow the metaphor to be translated by your Soul, your awareness, your subconscious... so that whatever nugget you need is clearly received by your conscious mind.) Before the storm moved in earlier, the trees in my backyard were simply standing still with a small breeze slightly moving the leaves. Each tree was steady, firm, grounded, taking up its own space. When the wind started to move in at a higher speed, the trees started bending and moving, bumping into each other at the upper branches. With enough wind and the pounding rain adding in its new element, it is easy for one tree's branches to get tangled up in the others... and then that tree could break the other's branch or knock part of the tree to the ground. As the wind settles down after that storm, the trees may look very different. Perhaps a little damaged, or even destroyed, by the storm that moved through. So it is for us... as our relationships teach us more and more about Love... in deeper and deeper ways.  Storms are going to pop up in our human journeys as illness, financial stress, loss of loved ones, career changes, parenting concerns... there's an endless list of storms that can move in and out of our relationships. It is our ability to be steady... strong... grounded... and centered in our own experience as an individual tree within the very crowded forest of humanity that enables us to navigate the storms well. When the wind moves in and we choose to practice flexibility... bending and moving as needed with the currents of energy around us... while staying grounded and centered... THEN, when the storm moves through, we are stronger for the experience, not broken by it. Consciousness is not going to stop evolving. If anything, it is only gathering speed and momentum as more humans expand their ability to Love here on Gaia, as more Souls in human bodies awaken, and as Gaia's elements continue bringing us into the present moment. And so I offer this vibration of "Flexibility" as guidance for those many moments when tiny ripples move through our relationships... and also for the occasional moments when big storms shake things up. Matching the steady flexibility of the trees is a beautiful vibration to tune into over and over again. Just like with the summer storms, once they have moved through, the skies seem more blue and the sun seems to be shining brighter! There is a freshness in nature after a storm that is palpable even on the hottest of summer days. As important as it is to remember flexibility during the storm, it is just as important to remember the beautiful healing and expansion that comes AFTER those storms. Our journeys here on Gaia are about expanding Love. Always. Always, always, always. So, exhale any doubt in your Choice to be alive at this time on this planet. We are leading the way here on Gaia... Pioneers of Consciousness within the Universe!  It's Summer Time!On this first day of June, summer officially begins in my own Soul-human journey. It is my son's first day of summer break (exams are over!) and I am excited to see what adventures we step into together as I take the day off to play! Like many of you, I have been putting important dates on my calendar to make sure that those experiences I am most interested in for myself and my family are intentionally committed to in writing. We have a large calendar on poster paper on our laundry room door that each of us keep adding to for each month of this summer! This morning I watched Kaypacha's Pele Report for May 30 (so good!) and a big part of his message at this time was to connect LIVE, in person, eye to eye, with those we care about and who inspire us. And so I begin with a few LIVE dates for OUR (you and me!) summer calendar! I am hosting three New Moon Circle / Festivals (June 15, July 13th, and August 10th) at my home and would love for you to come join me. We will spend the afternoon playing in the pool if it is sunny and chatting and eating inside if it is not.  My home is open each of those Fridays from noon on for you to come and connect with me and with other fun, interesting Soul-humans! At 6pm, while the Circle community keeps growing, my focus will shift to supporting healing and intention-setting for 9 individuals in one-on-one sessions in my office, throughout the night. Yup, in person... eye to eye... with me! You can learn more here and claim your time for an individual session or to join the community. I have also updated my summer schedule for Coaching Sessions to support you in those times of storms rocking the trees in your life. I find in the healing work that I do that my ability to hold a higher perspective (much like the hawk or the seagull that flies above the trees and out of the danger of the storm) offers you new clarity and more breathing room in the situation you are working through. We are in a time of Consciousness where each individual is being challenged to do their own work. To speak their truth. To consciously create the life that they want to live! So my role as a Coach is mostly to be a steady Witness, continually reflecting the higher perspectives as you navigate yourself through the possibilities for growth that are being presented to you. Having someone whom you trust holding space through the moments of the storms in your life is an incredible gift and I always offer that support.
