gratitude at my first spiritual beach retreat
So much has happened since I last wrote a post and I am excited to share a few spiritual realizations from this shift of Pluto moving into Aquarius (that I have been talking about for quite a while now)! I trust you are well and in a similar journey of weaving so many aha's and breakthroughs together as we wrap up the year... and how even are we in December?! Let's see... Reflections on Spiritual Energy Alignment... home for spiritual breakthrough I'll begin with a few reflections from my self-awareness journey as I integrate from the first destination retreat I have hosted. My beautiful client Marjorie joined me at Melbourne Beach in Florida for the three day Coming Home... Together retreat, exactly as Pluto entered Aquarius. I have hosted many events and retreats at my home and this experience of holding space for transformation at the beach was so much fun! And so easy, I didn't expect that it would feel as seamless as it did. I woke up early each morning, meditated, and then went for a long walk with the sunrise, my feet splashing sometimes in the waves. Picking up shells as I walked, taking a million photographs, and arriving back at the Airbnb that had just a few steps up to the deck from the sand. I could wake up this way every day for the rest of my life!  celebrating our personal growth breakthroughs I worked for a couple hours after making my morning smoothie... before Marjorie arrived, and then from 11am until 8pm each day, we were together. Deep in conversations, card pulling, energy reading, exploring all that we have done in our work together so far... and anchoring in the dreams we have for what is next. It was so beautiful to have that much spaciousness together. I cooked all the meals which both of us loved (although for the next retreat in April I'm going to bring someone to help with the meals!) and being in a home with a kitchen was an essential item for sure! What surprised me is how muscle-testing my foods became significant again... it has been a while since I paused in this way to be fully conscious with what my body actually desired for each meal. You can learn more here.  facilitating our Circle for intuitive guidance On the Tuesday that Pluto actually moved into Aquarius, Marjorie and I both opened up a virtual Transformation Circle for clients with a guided meditation and card reading with reflections. So much fun! We both could feel the shift as we sat side by side in a new way. I had the realization at this first retreat that these events are going to have a focus on empowering soul-aligned entrepreneurs to step into their gifts and their magic in bigger, more grounded ways while we are together. A bit like a mini graduation, perhaps. Energetically, a giant claiming of the work we are here to do in this lifetime! The three days flew by and we both left with hearts filled up to overflowing... more connected than ever before, ready to step into the next chapters of our journeys! How Realizations Deepen Intuition... reflections as the astrology shifts And now Pluto is in Aquarius... How does it feel for you? I shared a Reel on IG (click image) that said, it probably feels the same as the day before felt! But the undercurrents are shifting and the messages I hear from so many different visionaries, astrologers, leaders... is that life as we know it is about to change dramatically. For me, the pace already feels faster. There are so many things I want to do, create, experience... selecting consciously where I put my time and my energy is a main focus right now. And perhaps it's just the timing with the holidays, but I have been completely immersed in love with my family and friends since I completed the retreat! So many celebrations and dinners, mixed in with quiet tv nights on the couch at home with my husband... life is sweet in this moment. Deeply meaningful.  my spiritual energy practice of walking the beach at sunrise As we begin the last month of the year, this New Moon in Sagittarius offers us an invitation to express ourselves in bigger ways, bolder ways, more authentically than ever before. And that is my intention as I align with the energies of the New Moon and Pluto now in Aquarius. On Sunday, I read the first eight chapters from my novel, the cosmic love story, An Announcement, into our Insight Timer community, and I will be uploading those in January as individual free tracks. I feel like a magician with a wand and I'm practicing the exact combination of spells so that as I point in the direction I choose to go, a path lights up right in front of me. And those who are ready to play are magnetized towards that path along with me. Pluto in Aquarius feels like many of us connecting... with our magic being perfected... so that as we all point our wands in similar directions... we can align and and amplify the power of the magic we co-create together. Maybe it's being in my 50s and feeling the sweetness of life already lived that makes this time feel extra sweet right now. Maybe it's a passing of time I see reflected through my relationship with my parents, my children, my grandchildren. Maybe I'm just finally more embodied than ever before. I am constantly amazed at the beauty all around me and the love bubbling in my relationships as we wrap up this year! I encourage you to find the pauses where you can. Look around and assess the life you are creating. Put more magic into it. Share more love so that more love gets generated and comes back to you also. Stay grounded and connected to your human-ness.  Magnetizing is a subtle but powerful shift in energy. It’s not a going out, reaching out, grabbing manifestation process. It is stationary, with the center of gravity energetically connected deep down into the earth. And then it is a beacon of energy being activated within… that magnetizes like energy towards the stationary center. In the morning, I sit down on my meditation pillow, holding my Chalcedony / Lithium crystal rock to ground into the moment. Closing my eyes, I invite the energy of the Buddha painting above my head to activate my Crown Chakra, opening up an inflow of beauty and light. Feeling my body open to that flow, I direct the energy down through my physical form and into the earth underneath me. The flow intensifies as I guide it and my body hums with the pure frequency. Now I activate the beacon of energy within… seeing in my third eye chakra... feeling in my heart chakra the joy of gathering at the beach with an intimate group as Pluto enters Aquarius on November 19th. My body hums even more powerfully… my forehead is tingling… my heart is expanding… my mouth starts smiling. A bit like a pressure cooker that is amplifying the intensity of heat to shorten the cooking process time. It is uncomfortable... activating... transformative. And it takes immense focus, trust in a higher purpose, and ultimately an experience of surrendering to the flow of life to stay in alignment in such a squeeze. Last week I invited you in this blog post / email to go behind the scenes with me energetically as I prepare for a Retreat in November as Pluto enters Aquarius. We looked at Visualizing and I shared a moment of my own process. Today, we look at setting intentions... a powerful practice to apply at any time, but especially now when we are in "The Unknown" spaces. Allow my moment here to inspire you to set intentions in your own journey, if you don't already have a practice.  The New Moon in Libra offers the perfect energy to set an intention grid for my November retreat. Standing in front of my altar in my office, I realize a little cleaning up first is necessary! Turning on "The Will" by St. Finnikin, I dust off the old incense pile, move photos and crystals, shake clean the Flower of Life mat. I pick up my Light Seers Tarot deck, close my eyes as I shuffle the cards, steady my feet on the carpet, and tune into my intention for November. As many times as I pull cards, there's always a little thrill of energy that moves through me to see how my intention / energy will look visually in the deck I choose.  First one - the King of Wands! I giggle in delight, YES! Perfection! Masculine energy - staff planted in protection and fearlessness, claiming his strength, with the lion standing powerfully at his back. "A natural born leader, creative visionary" "We build this Empire of Light together" Closing my eyes again, I tune back in...  Second one - the Knight of Wands! Omggg! "The Knight of Wands gallops along a beach on her stallion and they charge full steam ahead towards that passion project that she's been dreaming about. But wait, what is that in the distance? A campfire? A beach party? Full stop. She's nothing if she's not spontaneous, and whatever it is, it looks like an adventure waiting to happen." Come on?! My November event is at a house ON the beach with a firepit that I intend to put to good use ceremonially! And a dance party is FOR SURE! I sigh in pure bliss... it is happening energetically already. The bonus of this card is the balance of feminine energy and movement that it brings to the powerful stillness of the King of Wands card. Freedom flowing through as she plays the drum and manifests her dreams! Carefully selecting the crystals that call to me from my collection, I place each one with intention on the grid. The clam at the center from one of my first plant medicine ceremonies, originally collected at a Florida beach years before it made its way to me. Once filled with sand, now emptied through years of meditating and moving energy in sessions with me. Two purple amethysts energetically holding space and protecting the event container now through the time I return November 22nd. One small stone for each of the participants, magnetizing Soul Reunions here on Earth. The Intention Grid is activated... my Soul smiles, my heart expands, my body is now dancing to the music! Tuesdays are my cocoons for coming back to center and realigning my life-work priorities. I go for my morning run in the dark, come home, shower, change, and make a cup of cacao. Settling in on my couch upstairs or meditation pillow downstairs in my office. Closing my eyes, exhaling, landing fully in my body. Feeling time pause for me as I am still. This Tuesday, my meditation is focused on my November event. Snuggled under my blanket, Porangui and Liquid Bloom's "Igniting The Sacred" playing on my speaker, I close my eyes to see the images. A quiet beach with a brilliant blue sky stretching out above, I hear the sounds of the waves and can already smell the salty air. I see a group of us walking in pairs down the beach, deep in conversation about what we had just discussed. Flash to an image right before that of us sitting in a large living room with glass windows facing that beach. Heads nodding as we listen intently to one woman passionately sharing her Story. I open my eyes to write the words down that are pouring through my head… and I see Katniss sitting by my side. She’s purring. Anchoring the vision into reality with me. I smile, from the fullness of my heart. My Soul knowing that it is already happening. And I begin writing the message I will share on that first morning when we gather in sacred Circle together. The Universe's gift to show us what to expect over the next twenty plus years. This message I'm writing is not for everyone... and if it is for you, there's a reason you are reading it, now at the halfway point. Awareness is the key to change. To shifting our behaviors, our timelines, our realities. When we are aware... fully aware... of what we are creating in this moment, we are empowered to make changes in our next moments. And so I offer you a window into my own awareness in my human journey, trusting there's a match that activates greater awareness for you in your journey. Lessons I'm learning through Pluto in Aquarius...1. See Truth I am the creator of my own reality... and if my reality is not all that I desire, it is because I have not yet created it. No-one else is responsible for fulfilling my dreams and desires. There is no savior or benefactor who will come riding in on a white horse to change my destiny - I create my destiny. I claim my own greatness. I dream my reality into being. 2. Energy first, Physical second Creating my reality means pausing time and life to be still and listen quietly. Feel and then see the life I desire at its most beautiful and magical! Not the watered down version I've been gaslighting myself with... owning the BIG vision, the BIG dream I know sits deep inside my heart. Energy first, claiming the BIG vision. Physical second, trusting the way I'm guided to bring that dream into physical reality. 3. Aquarius = Community I know this! I'm an Aquarius Sun, Aquarius Moon. I love community. My life has been a weaving of one community into the next. And I have let my fear of being rejected, abandoned by community keep me in hiding. Over the past month I have claimed my place in a powerful community of global leaders in the coaching industry. Those who are already leading the way, building a network of vibrant, successful Truth-tellers who support and encourage each other. And those like me who are emerging, strengthening, calibrating to the frequency of what is possible next. I am an Infinite Soul with much wisdom to share in this human realm. A Soul Guide who chose my Aquarius blueprint specifically to walk humanity through this 20-year Portal of Pluto in Aquarius. This week I begin a program with Melanie Ann Layer called The Coach and I am committing to myself to embody the knowledge and awareness that builds a strong foundation for my business as I prepare to expand. I am curating a community of beautiful, powerful peers and we rise together... and then I lead the way for those who resonate, building a global grid through The Gym, our virtual community where we practice Infinite Embodiment, harmonizing Soul, Body, Mind here on Earth. 4. Living Ananda in Gaia "Sat. Chit. Ananda." "Existence. Consciousness. Bliss." I've loved this Sanskrit phrase from the first moment I heard it! This is the journey of Consciousness put as succinctly as possible. First, we navigate existence, being the Infinite Soul in the human form. Then we begin our Awakening, understanding that Consciousness creates ALL. Every experience. Then comes Bliss. My awareness in this first "taste" of Pluto in Aquarius is that now I am moving into a time, a phase of mastery in my own Soul's Journey. Ananda... embodying Bliss... guides my pathway for the next twenty years. Ananda... what is Ananda? How do I embody Ananda? How do I experience Bliss in the human body? How do I understand Bliss in the construct of my mind? And how do I share this next level of teaching in my work? Ananda in this moment feels like beauty... embodied in all my senses. Soaking in the colors of the sunset. The joy in the eyes of those I love when we are peaceful together. Laughter is Ananda! Pure frequency of sound. My whole body sighs in delight as I consider the potential of a deeper exploration of Ananda in my human-ness.  Everything means something in this initial "taste" of Pluto in Aquarius.
There are no coincidences and our Consciousness individually is showing us all of the potential magic that lies ahead. The more awake and alert we are to how we are spending our time, what we are doing with our time, who we are connecting with, the ideas and thoughts that grab our focus... everything matters. Our future self is showing us the way. Are we open to the messages? Are we paying attention? Do we trust what we are intuitively seeing? We are ALL Seers, psychics, fortune-tellers, creators of reality. Pluto in Aquarius is going to show us just how powerful we are. And this message is a gift of awareness from our Collective Future Selves to The One we are here and now. You're halfway through this Portal of Time... Delight in the extra magic that is available to you through June 11th! Time moved quickly this year. For me it felt like it actually sped up! It is amazing that we are already at the completion of 2022. These Thresholds of Time... These moments of transition from one calendar year to the next offer us opportunities to rewrite our own stories and lessons we have lived before we anchor them in as complete. In the energy work that I do, one small shift in perspective offered through my lens to a client can completely change how they see their story. Seeing a situation or a belief through another's eyes allows us to have a wider understanding of that experience. It is like the shift that happens with an ultrasound of a baby when you go from the traditional 2-D scan (flat, black and white image) to the newer 5-D version that allows you to see a moving video of the full shape of the baby's body and face. Or like seeing a regular photo on an iPhone in comparison to a 360-degree photo. When we shift our perspective, we can see our own stories in different ways... and then consciously choose how we want to tell our stories looking back. The lens I choose to review 2022 is Strength. Looking back at the experiences I've created, the work I did, the relationships I invested care and time into, the health of my body... when I ask how each of those moments made me stronger - emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally - my view of those experiences shift. It is a powerful practice to review our own lived experience as we move from year to year. A stay at home mom to two beautiful small children. And it felt like my whole world was falling apart. Awakenings often happen that way. Tower moments. Complete deconstruction of the safe, structured life we have built and carefully protected. Until the rumblings inside become too loud to ignore. This is when the Soul brings forward a Teacher. A Mentor. A Guide. A human who has walked the path you are walking, perhaps only just a few steps ahead. When my first Teacher arrived, I felt like she walked on water. Everything she said was profound and exactly what I needed to hear in the moment. As she walked me through the earthquake that was my life being completely restructured, I soaked up all of the wisdom she shared. Trusted all of her intuitive Knowings. And was amazed as my own spiritual evolution unfolded.  I signed up for individual coaching. Joined her 10-month energy reading program. And then quit my full-time job to step into the unknown of working for an intuitive business owner. Sounds crazy, I know! And yet at the time, every step felt guided, in alignment, and true. That leap was in 2012, ten years ago. Today I am my own intuitive business owner, running my own group programs, guiding others in their spiritual awakening.  Time offers us a shift in perspective. A new lens through which to see the processes we moved through, that at the time were so entangled that we couldn't see the big picture. What I want to share with you today is that I already knew. I already knew how to read energy. I already knew that my Soul had played on Gaia over and over and over again. I already knew the stories that would flow through my books. The skills that I would teach to others. My teacher arrived in my journey to activate my own Knowing. To push me outside of my comfort zone, help me bump up against my edges, and trust the free fall into every new expansion! From that first teacher to the next and the next... in the physical... and now to the teachers I learn from through social media... and the ones I connect to telepathically, energetically in the astral planes. I continue to remember. To expand more and more into ALL that I came here to be. AND... I honor those who have guided me into my own Knowing.  So I share this with you today to remind you that YOU already know.
You already know why you are here on Gaia. You might not remember consciously in this moment, but you already know. And your Soul is guiding your Path of Enlightenment to your own Knowing, through the most magical synchronicities! Through the arrival of brilliant, intuitive humans who spark awake inside of you memories, flashes of awareness. You already know. So, trust yourself. Trust your Knowing. Because there will be a day, ten years from now, when you look back with overwhelming gratitude for the Journey that you have taken. From the moment when it felt like your world was caving in... to the moment where you will sit in awe and delight at who you have become and all that you know. You already know. "I Am You. I Am Me. I Am ALL. And I celebrate Your Return Home. Our Return Home." Thank you for taking this Journey with me, from Earth Day until today, the New Moon in Taurus. In my first post I started this experience by saying that Infinite Embodiment is a Choice in every moment. In my work with clients and in my personal relationships, I have witnessed those I love choosing to complete the human journey abruptly, at young ages. I used to judge that Choice because the pain of still being here without those I loved was so intense. What has shifted over the years is a deep respect for the individual Choice of each Soul to complete the human journey. That comes from my steady trust in the Infinite. I wrote in Just White Light about all of the other thought forms, planets, experiences that I am aware of where Souls are when not on Earth.  Dr. Michael Newton in his book, Journey of Souls, describes "the place between lives" that client after client shared with him in hypnotherapy sessions. I think one of the greatest challenges of being a Soul in a human form is that we aren't certain about what happens after death. We may have strong beliefs, as I do, but there is no certainty because we are not yet dead. Knowing that, staying here in the human journey is a constant Choice. Why would we choose to stay? Why, when life is challenging and painful and the world seems so chaotic? The easy answer is Love. We stay for those we love. Yet, that simply builds resentment, which causes illness, disease within the body.  So the more complicated, yet in my opinion, true answer, is we stay to create. To share our unique, individual expression with the whole. To contribute something meaningful that enhances the experience of Life on Earth, for ourselves and for those around us. We choose Earth as Home. For now. We choose our unique Body as Home for the Infinite Soul. For now. And we choose to bring more and more of our Infinite Soul / Energy / Wisdom / Consciousness into the human Journey. This is the Journey of Embodying I Am. It is Individual... and yet, the more and more of us who choose to focus on it, the more incredible the Collective experience.  This is Our Return Home.
