"Once Upon A Time..."
Let's begin at the beginning... with a story about Science, Heart and Mystery exploding together.
In 2016, I was sharing with a friend, at the end of a long day together, my interpretation of this whole concept of Souls needing a filter in order to play on Earth as humans. She recorded it on her phone as I was sharing and playing in the moment, giving the story my undivided attention!

Ahhh... the beauty of Infinite Story-telling!
Life On Earth...
Yes, it looks pretty easy when we are simply Souls, floating around in the Universe.
We peek over at that beautiful, mysterious blue planet known as Gaia / Earth that we've heard a lot of chatter about, and we wonder...
What might an adventure there actually entail?
Could we learn something new in our time there?
Is it REALLY as hard as we've heard?!
Oh, why not give it a go!
And so we slide down the Tunnel of Forgetting, right into this physical, 3D world, arriving as a tiny, helpless baby.
Yup, now it's REAL!
Little baby bodies that don't always do as we command. Big people around us who don't understand our cries. Loud, smelly, overwhelming environments that make us just want to go back to sleep.
And that's just the first day!!
This human journey gets messy, painful, complicated, confusing.
It's not what we thought we would experience when our wise, courageous Souls agreed to come play in human form on this planet Earth! Life gets hard. The human adventure stops being fun because we forget why we came here in the first place.
It's at those times of being in the Unknown... the place of confusion... that our Soul brings us the next little (or big!) nugget to guide our journey forward.
A book to read that a friend recommended, a song that just grabs our heart and melts it open, a new (or very old and familiar!) friend who can read our thoughts, a new opportunity for our career or passions,

A little background...
In our human world, many identification / "typing systems" have been created to help us organize and make sense of this Body-Mind-Spirit journey.
We identify ourselves by our Myers-Briggs personality type, our astrological (Zodiac) signs, the five Love Languages, our Enneagram type, our archetypes, the Strengths-Finders system, and many more.
In my time at university and in the corporate world, I studied and applied what I was learning about "typing" to the human interactions of people through management and communication. It was always based on this physical dimension we exist in, though - what could be seen, felt, experienced in the density of Earth.
As I opened up to the world of energy healing, one of the resources that I explored was the research gathered by physicist and healer, Barbara Ann Brennan, and the psychologists and researchers she worked with throughout her career.
She presents a powerful blend of science and energy / mystery in her book Hands of Light, which includes a detailed description of the five psychological character structures originally identified by Wilhelm Reich and how our childhood wounding predicts the patterns we will see play out throughout our lifetimes. (I highly recommend her book and research for all who are interested in energy and healing modalities.)
The more time I spent energetically exploring childhood wounding with clients and how it was playing out in their lifetime, though... the more I wondered WHY?
Why do we focus on the wound and not the original Light that was dimmed by the wound?
If we are all Souls before (and in) the human experience, why do we even choose to come to Earth and be wounded?
If we do live in a free will experience, why would the Soul choose that specific emotional / psychological / spiritual journey?
My exploration kept taking me back to the time BEFORE we are even here on Earth...
... And the Story of the Soul Filters channeled through my awareness and into form.

Tell Me More...
As I described in the Story (audio above), each of these Soul Filters connects to the way that the cosmic object / energy functions within the Universe. When the Soul Filter concept is then applied to the human journey, our knowledge about each of those cosmic objects can guide our path here on Earth.
Most of us are familiar with how we function when we're in our shadow and wounding (those looping stories and patterns we play out over and over), so the part of the Soul Filter Story about the confusion and chaos usually resonates immediately!
What is shifting now in humanity, and what is possible when we allow ourselves the delight of exploring it, is to learn (or remember!) more about...
The brilliance of the Soul who came here to play in its gifts!
From that perspective, the Soul Filters look like this:
And so the beautiful harmony of a Universe is created here on Earth... through one Soul stepping into his / her brilliance at a time.
Most of us are familiar with how we function when we're in our shadow and wounding (those looping stories and patterns we play out over and over), so the part of the Soul Filter Story about the confusion and chaos usually resonates immediately!

- So the Star Filter is going to be a brilliant, shining light to guide all of us Home.
- The Orion Filter creates patterns that have never existed before, guiding us into a collaborative community.
- The Planet Filter sets its orbit around the Sun (Source / God / Creator) and provides a steadying path for us to follow.
- The Moon Filter explores shadow and light and holds space for all who inhabit a planet.
- And the Ring Filter brings the dazzle and adventure through their relationship to planets and all other beings.
And so the beautiful harmony of a Universe is created here on Earth... through one Soul stepping into his / her brilliance at a time.
What I have found as I introduced these Soul Filters to clients and played with this "typing" system in my healing work is that we all have a blend of ALL of the filters. Just as we are all ONE universally connected energy field, we all come from the Universe and return to the Universe, so we can identify a little with each filter.
However..
The pure magic of Science, Heart, and Mystery happens in the combination of your unique Primary and Secondary filters - how they work together.
There IS a science to it, a specific combination / percentage of each filter that becomes clear during an activation session.
If you are somewhat balanced between the two filters, then you can move fairly easily between them in your life. If you are a higher percentage of one over the other, you might find that your primary is what you love the most about yourself... and your secondary is very much the shadowy pieces of your personality and behaviors that you don't like about yourself!
It is fascinating to explore... and offers such freedom through this new perspective.
Looking at our Shadows AND our Gifts, and how we begin accepting (and then loving) ALL of our Selves.
However..
