As we make our way towards the 11-11 Energy Portal that is deeply connected to the Awakening of Consciousness that is happening on our planet, I invite you to feel into the resonance of the following two 11-11 events with your own Journey of Awakening. Why 11-11...This wisdom from Simone Matthews of Universal Life Tools offers a beautiful perspective: "In numerology the number 11 is a master number. It is the most intuitive number and is a clear channel to the subconscious. It is the number of leadership, personal power and spiritual truths. So why are we all being awakened with 11:11?  This number is a genetic code implanted in our Crystalline Matrix (energetic bodies) prior to our descent to Earth. When we came to Earth, our memories were erased in order for our Souls to experience separation in the Grand Cycle, and then through free will we are given the opportunity for growth and ascension. We did however ensure we planted some sign posts along the way to help us to wake up and 11:11 is one of them. The 11:11 is the symbol reminding us of the illusion we live in. It is the memory code implanted in us to help us to wake up, release our fears and bring humanity together as one again. It is the symbol waking up Lightworkers all over the world, no matter what religion, race or colour as we are all one. It is the doorway through which we ascend, as we vibrate at multi-dimensional frequencies." Sound - Vibration...I believe that this Awakening of Consciousness is activated through Vibration… through Sound… through the unique expression of each individual through the Throat Chakra. Sound carries energy from one human to another… individually and then collectively. We are all familiar with the Sounds that elevate us and expand our connection to Love. And also the Sounds that bring us down, hurt our feelings, or disconnect us from our Truth. In my own journey, I surround myself with Sounds that please me... That bring my heart joy... That expand my connection to my Soul. Instrumental, pop, rap, chanting, ocean music… there are so many Sounds that guide me on my journey. One of my favorites is the Sound of Alicia Mathewson! 11-11 Celebration Concert...If you are not familiar with the story of how I connected with this beautiful singer-songwriter from Cape Cod, I invite you to read a little about it here.  Alicia came to Cincinnati last year on November 11th (photo on the left!) and my husband, Brad, and I hosted a concert for her in our home that was so powerful and fun for all who attended! In the year since then, she has been creating new Sounds… new songs, bringing through more of the collective journey of humanity and all that has been happening in our world. I am SO excited to welcome Alicia back to Cincinnati for a Celebration Concert that Brad and I are hosting on Saturday, November 10th at 7:30pm! The Concert will be for a small group of 44 people gathering in our living room and celebrating this journey of life together. I expect the seats to be claimed quickly, so check your calendar and complete your exchange of $44 for a seat here! 11-11 Crystalline Portal (weekend)...For those of you who are feeling a calling to go deeper into your Soul Journey and align with the power of the 11-11 energy to claim a significant shift in the trajectory of your life, I invite you to consider attending a sacred two days and nights of healing at my home. Happy October! It is Monday morning on this first day of a new month as I record this message and it feels so good to be in this energetic space of connecting with you.  I just finished recording today's Gaia's Love podcast, which I titled "Breathe In... Breathe Out." I shared the lyrics from Alicia Mathewson's song with that title and bring that same soothing vibration into this message to you. It appears that so many of us are on this journey of"standing up, falling down, getting up again, looking around, practicing trust, feeling the doubt, breathing in and breathing out." We are indeed "birthing a brand new WE" and that is the energy I feel for this new month. Deepening Relationships... This year, I turned 47, which has me very close to the age of 50. I remember when I was young thinking that 50 was so old! People who had made it to that age must be so wise and have everything figured out because they were so old! And here I am... Realizing that I don't have it all figured out. That there is still so much for me to learn. As much as I know I have grown and expanded in my own Soul Journey and in this specific lifetime, the older I get, the more I realize how much there still is for me to learn. September was a month of shake-ups in my life. Mostly in my relationships with my friends, with my family. As a young child, I was afraid of conflict. I learned to be the mediator, the peacemaker, the one who tried to always bring things back to a place of calm. In my school years, I was the one always trying to bring everyone together and create community, have everyone play together on the playground as one big, happy group. In my intimate relationships, I learned to give in and do whatever was needed to keep things peaceful, harmonious within the home. It was not until my 40's that I really began learning how to use my voice to speak MY Truth. To claim what I needed. To put my boundaries in place. And as far as I thought I had advanced in that learning, September brought another level beyond what I knew possible for myself. I used to be afraid of anger. Afraid of expressing anger because of the volatility with which it could be projected back. This past month, I threw all of that fear out and ROARED my Truth. Felt all the emotions moving through me and willingly, courageously shared the depths of those emotions with those I trust around me. The most incredible surprise came from my choice to stand up in my Truth so powerfully... Love Expanded.  Fear... Doubt... Distrust could begin to come to the surface and be seen. And then slowly, layer by layer, start to move out of my relationships. What has been fascinating for me is that it has not been in just one relationship... it has been in many, all at the same time. Where in the past, I would have contracted in... gone into hiding... put my arms around myself and cried with fear... over the past few weeks, I have instead pulled my shoulders back, opened my heart wider, looked those I love in the eyes and raged, yelled, cried... and asked to be held. And the Healing has begun. Relationships are our Greatest Teachers... All relationships. Those with our partners, our children, our parents, our friends, our co-workers, our neighbors... Relationships act as mirrors, reflecting back to us the places where WE are not in integrity. Where WE are operating from fear. Where WE have doubt.  We can choose to focus on the other person and all of the faults and wounds and limitations we see in THEM. Or we can continuously look in the mirror and see ourselves. See the places where WE have been afraid. Where WE have been in doubt. Where WE have not trusted. Where WE have held up walls that have been too high for those across from us to try bridge. Sometimes it takes a cracking of that wall, much like an earthquake in the ground... in the surface of Gaia. When the walls start to crack and crumble, we are left feeling raw, naked, exposed. And yet, there is finally space... clear, open space between us and the one across from us to begin a new dialogue. As I have walked through this month's earthquakes in my own relationships, I have been watching it play out politically, socially, publicly, in so many arenas. Yes, we are in our individual journeys and always growing, learning, expanding as the individual Soul within the human body, AND... we are a collective Consciousness. A collective humanity. A collective energy field within the womb of this planet. So what happens to each of us ripples out through ALL of us.  We can lose ourselves in the stories of all of those around us and their issues, problems. Or we can practice looking in the mirror and seeing our own reflection, our own stories. Doing the harder work, which happens individually, within our own quiet space. Within our own intimate relationships. I write this to you today, knowing I do not have all the answers. I do not have tried and true paths for every individual to heal every relationship in their life. I have "fallen down, looked around, felt the pain and the doubt." And always... "I stand back up. I breathe in, I breathe out." My commitment to myself, first, is to always speak my Truth. To stand firmly with my feet planted on Gaia, my shoulders back, my heart open to always, always Love More. With Source at my back to hold me steady in this journey. I stand here at the beginning of October, feeling more Love in my relationships than I possibly could have imagined a month ago. Feeling more intimately connected to my partner, my friends, my children than ever before. And so I claim this theme for October of Deepening Relationships. Is it possible to love all of those closest to me in my life even more than I already do? In this moment... absolutely YES. 100% Yes. And my commitment is to keep walking this path of deepening relationships. "I breathe in and I breathe out..." As I feel my Circle forming around me, expanding around me... as I feel more and more Soul-humans being magnetized towards the power of the Love I share with the world, I am clearer than ever that the messages I channel and flow through from my Soul, from my Guides, from Source-God, from Gaia.. are meant to inspire and guide humanity as we continue to move through this shift in Consciousness. So, I invite you to also deepen OUR relationship. I have realized this month that these Sunday group calls are profound energy healings... crystal healings... where we access the pure power and potential of our planet's energy, connect to Source / God / Creator... and flow through healing in whatever way is needed individually and collectively within the container. These are one-hour healing sessions and they are absolutely beautiful. I receive as much as I flow through and offer in support. So I encourage you to show up with me and experience this healing space. There is also a Library of past energy clearings available, if you are looking for support at other times during the week besides the live virtual gathering. And yes... I still offer individual Healing Sessions.  I have been asked by several friends recently if I still "coach" because so much of my conversations are about the podcast, the books, and the events I host. One of my Loves recently reminded me that coaching is like my instrument that I play that I am very good at... and it is time for me to play my instrument more. Yes, that feels true. My sight, my vision through my third eye is so clear and so pure, filled with such Love. I know that the space I offer in my healing work is like a cocoon for you to curl up in and be held and seen and witnessed and supported as you move through your Awakening and expansion.
