Let's begin Loving Our Selves fully... going all the way back to the beginning.
When we are Souls choosing to come into human bodies here on Earth / Gaia, we CHOOSE our Mothers and our Fathers for all of the powerful lessons they will teach us. And that we will teach them. Once we are here in the density of the human journey, however, those wise Soul Contracts are forgotten and we can feel lost in the stories we are living. Let's tune into the original contracts and remember why we chose those Souls to play these human roles with us and for us. And then choose Love, as much as we are ready to in this new moment. We focus on three areas:

Loving Our Selves...
We are in a time on our planet where our Souls are being called forward into more Truth and greater Love. We can resist the momentum that is carrying us forward collectively as a Humanity... or we can pause, go inward, and do our own individual healing work as one part of this collective.
What I find in the work that I do is that we actually really, really, really want to Love Our Selves.
We want to see Our Selves as worthy, beautiful, valued human beings who are contributing something meaningful to Life on Earth.
We just don't always know how to get there from here, where we currently sit. Or we don't believe we have enough time. Enough patience. Enough skill or strength to move through any tough emotions that might come up.
And yet, the longer that we put off that journey of self-discovery, the more the resistance builds, the more pressure accumulates, and the more our physical world and relationships around us keep reflecting our flaws and imperfection back to us... creating a cycle that just keeps building.
So... what if we begin here?

What I find in the work that I do is that we actually really, really, really want to Love Our Selves.

Loving Our Mothers...
As Infinite, Wise Souls, we are always expanding Love and coming to Earth offers us so many ways in which to play with Love.
We arrive in an energy field of now 7+ billion Souls in human bodies... an incredible playground of potential relationships to teach us anything and everything we could desire to experience.
Where do we start that adventure?
With our Mothers!
There is no relationship more complex and powerful than the one we have with our Mother. We are birthed from the womb of the woman who agreed to hold our physical body for nine months while the Soul and the human form merged into the baby that would be me... you... each one of us. What a miracle!
In the energy healing work I do, we often spend time looking at a client's actual birth story. What was happening in the world, in your family, in your mother as you arrived into her arms (or not?) and took your first breath? How long did that delivery process take? What is the story that you've been told about your birth over and over as a child and grown-up?
Our arrival into our human journeys sets up a pattern for all that happens then throughout our lifetime.
It is the same for our Mothers. The relationships we begin with the one who agreed to bring us into human form set us up for the relationships we create for the rest of our lives.
And so perhaps a little exploration into that Mother-Child relationship can serve us now today.

As Souls, the first contract made is the one with our Mother. Once that Agreement is confirmed, the duo choose a Father... very, very carefully for all of the lessons each is going to learn from the other.
The variety of ways that our journey can go with our Father once we are here in the physical form is amazing... and powerful for the impact that relationship has on all the ones that follow.
So why don't we all choose gentle, strong men who dote on their children and praise them for the beautiful gifts they are in their families? Because we have lessons we chose to come here to Earth to learn and perhaps a "perfect" father figure would not allow us to fully learn those lessons.

Once we have spent time contemplating the relationships we have with our Mothers and our Fathers... it is time to look at the little child we used to be and begin Loving Our Inner Child.
What does that even mean?!
For many of us as grown-ups, we have lost touch with the playful, pure, all-knowing Soul who guided us so clearly when we were small. The layers of stories, expectations, judgments, life experiences, social requirements, and on and on have conditioned us to do what is expected and follow the rules. We sigh, put our heads down, and make our way through another day.

What if we chose to stop the insanity for a little while and tune back into that Pure Light that still sits right in the center of our human being?
Could we find that Light? (Absolutely, yes!!)
Would we like that person we used to be? (I'm guessing you will LOVE that little one!!)
What if that Light wants us to make some changes in our current reality of life? (I'm guessing that will definitely happen! Aren't you a little curious to see what suggestions he / she might have, though?!)
What if that Light won't dim back down? (HALLELUJAH!!!!!)
