We are beginning a new month, a new season here in the Midwest, and a new cycle of energy shifting on our planet. As we wrap up the third quarter of this powerful year of 2019, we open to the potential of the last three months of the year for aligning fully with the new mantra that I offered on January 1st. The Ho'oponopono Prayer for healing traditionally offers "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you." In the meditation I made in January, I felt that we are being guided into a new vibration with a chant of "Yes please, Thank You, I love you." This year has challenged us to look directly at the ways in which we have needed to forgive ourselves, forgive others, and forgive humanity for the stories, choices, and patterns that have led us here to this moment. And then... I believe we are each offered, in every moment, the choice to allow more Love ("Yes, please") into our own journey of our Body - Mind - Spirit, which then radiates out into everything around us... our health, our finances, our relationships, our work, our community. I have been moving through this energetic shift myself in so many ways and arrive here at the beginning of October in a field of New Beginnings.  I share much of my journey in daily nuggets in the Gaia's Love Podcast, which holds me accountable to speaking my truth and staying in integrity with the way in which I show up in this world. What I continue to find is that I am met in that space by the Love of Source and Gaia... and the energetic sound vibration that goes with each episode is pure. So here in this written form of communication with you, I am excited to share the new evolutions and creations that have flowed from this journey I have been taking all year!  Like all of us, I am in a constant state of evolution and since my work is My Soul Journey, the offerings that I share reflect that constant unfolding of my Soul in human form. If you are reading these words, there was something that guided you to this vibration that I am sending out into the world. There is some match energetically in what I offer here, and perhaps, what you are ready to receive. Like attracts like and I see that in my work all the time. So I invite you to be curious and open as you read the words and feel into the vibration of these New Beginnings in My Soul Journey! Healing Sessions...My greatest commodity (as is the same for each one of us) is my Presence... my full, undivided, focused Presence in the moment with you. If you have spent any time with me, you know the power of the way that I listen. I hear with my ears... my heart... and my Infinite Soul that sees the patterns and the weaving of ALL we each have ever been.  What I have come to realize in my professional journey is that much can be accomplished in a very short, focused amount of time when we are each fully present. And so the way that I facilitate Individual Healing Sessions has shifted. Just one one-hour session where we are both fully present and open to all the possibilities of what your Soul wants you to see and understand as clearly as possible in the moment... can shift the trajectory of your path. Not simply because of the vision I articulate for you... but because of your choice to be open to hearing that vision... and then taking the inspired next steps to begin moving in that direction. So, while I call my individual sessions Healing Sessions, they are Activations at a Soul level of what is ready to open next in your own Soul-human adventure. You will know if / when it is time to allow that next expansion for yourself and I trust in the Divine Guidance that always brings the two of us together. So if your head is nodding yes and your heart is beating a little faster while your Mind is saying "Oh no, we can't possibly be ready" or "That investment feels a little scary," trust that the Activation is already beginning and claim a time for yourself through booking a session here. There is so much love in the way that I show up fully present... it is a safe space even in the power of all that is arriving next for you. Individual Mastery...I am a firm believer in empowering myself and all of those around me to step into greater Truth and alignment with our Mind-Body-Spirit. I do this through teaching tools and providing resources in whatever ways feel timely and supportive for your individual expansion. What some call meditation, I also call energy clearings. One of my Gifts is to guide the movement of Energy through our Mind-Body-Spirit, connecting us to the Energy Field of our planet and reminding each of us of our individual connections to Source / God. When we see others whom we respect and trust walking similar paths to ours, struggling with similar fears and resistance as ours, and yet still showing up in truth and integrity as we do... the journey is less daunting. The community reflections inspire us to continue following our life's purpose and bringing our Gifts forward. I have spent my life studying and understanding community, learning the ways in which it works best and the ways in which it can be destructive. The more I come into alignment with gratitude and appreciation for the Gifts of community, the more ideas for new ways to play in community flow through me. If you are local, I am now hosting two Lunch Tables each week in neighborhoods around town. I come to your area and we gather at different restaurants and get to know people who live and work close to us. How do we do that? We show up, which means we claim an hour at lunch once or twice a month and help build these communities together! You can check out the dates and locations here.  Embodied Love... I am bringing my community-building gifts to local yoga studios and healing centers in a one-hour class I call Embodied Love. We sit in Circle and I guide our group through an Energy / Chakra clearing, guided meditation, chanting, or breathwork experience... releasing stuck energy and filling back up with Source Energy, while also teaching tools that you can then apply on your own in between classes. Just like with any workshop or yoga class, community is built as you show up in the space and get to know others who have a similar interest. The first class is going to be on Wednesday, October 30th from 7-8pm at my home to open up the energy flow. Details here!  New Moon Circles are offered each month and this community continues to grow and expand in the most amazing and surprising ways! Each Tuesday night we gather via video and phone to share what is happening in our journeys, holding each other accountable for continued, sustainable growth in our personal and professional lives. The bonds that are forming here are through laughter, shared stories, releasing of fears, and encouragement, cheer-leading as we all expand. It is a powerful and FUN community that is unlike anything else you may have experienced in a virtual container, so I encourage you to check out the details here. If you don't like it after the first month, you can step back out... but I'm pretty sure that won't be the case!!  Gaia's Love Festivals... My greatest vision remains bridging the healing of Gaia / Humanity / Source through these global Celebrations! The first one, held two months ago, was a powerful activation for so many, building a community that I am honored to continue getting to know in deeper ways. Plans are opening for the second Festival which will be held in Denmark in April 2020! If you have not yet read One Day: Gaia's Gifts, I encourage you to order your copy and allow my vision to inspire you... and perhaps also inspire collaborations that guide all of us towards this returning to One-ness. Ahhhhhh... Yes, there is a lot of creative energy flowing in my world, and it is only going to continue!  The title for my next book popped out in this past Sunday's Here Now with Viv call... and there is much work to be done in the journey towards Optimal Health of Mind-Body-Spirit for humanity that I know I am involved in co-creating. And so Time is my friend... my ally... as I continue to master efficiency and allow Source Energy to support my path. My capacity to be fully present for longer periods and with more individuals at once is expanding... so good! Thank you for being on this journey with me and for sharing your lives and your stories with me in the amazing ways that so many of you do. I am so grateful for the love that continues to move and expand through my life and I look forward to playing with you in one or many of these ways throughout the rest of this year and into 2020.
