Meditation has become my quiet sanctity over the past five years, offering me clarity and guidance in every area of my life. Sometimes in that stillness, I flow the clarity through into words, writing in my journal what my Soul most wants me to understand in the moment. These words from Monday's meditation feel timely for all of us here on Earth, so I share them now with you. Pace yourself. There is no rush. The Collective Shift is already underway, co-creative energy "sped up" the timeline... all Souls in human form are eager for the New, the Good, the Joy! So we begin earlier, sooner. Moving the timeline up, forward. By Being Still. By Pausing Time. That is the Gift, the Scene Change that we will experience on the other side of the Quarantine. Time has slowed down. People are becoming more present, more embodied. In. Their. Bodies. People will look different to us. We will "see" them now. They will "see" us now. Soul to Soul. Heart to Heart. Not Mind to Mind. But we need this time to be still to allow the Minds to slow down... To allow the Bodies to adjust to the new flow of time, to heal illness and fear... And finally... to allow the Soul to be more present in the Human Experience. Embodied Love. And when we Emerge from our Cocoons, our pace of life, activity will be slower, more conscious, more aware, more peaceful and loving. We will talk more kindly, listen more attentively, and choose more intuitively. So... here, now... what can you do?Be Still. Practice being present, sitting in the quiet of your home, your garden, your local park. Listen to the Sounds around you, with your eyes closed. Feel the emotions move through you. Practice flowing your emotions, your energy down into the ground, releasing them all into Gaia / Earth. Look up at the sky, allow Sunlight, Moonlight to flow in through the top of your head, your Crown Chakra. Practice receiving Love as Light through your Crown. Flow Love through your Body and down into Gaia / Earth. Breathe more deeply, Exhale out slowly. Be Still. Say Thank You for this Moment. One minute, five minutes, one hour... practice being still every day for as long as you're guided. Allow your Soul to take up more space in your physical Body and breathe. Slowly, Moment by Moment, Time Dissolves. And then, One Day, there arrives a Moment when you emerge. Out into a New Reality where the World appears different. New. Freshly Rinsed. Vibrant. And you realize that this New Earth is reflecting You - the new version of You. Present. Embodied. Love in the Human form, fully Here Now.
