Each week for the past few years, I have hosted a Live Video Chat where my Soul guides the conversation. Sometimes that's just me sharing reflections about my Life / our Planet / Humanity, whatever comes through. And as our community has grown, it's become a space for real-time conversation with many Souls in human bodies. Sharing our stories, finding our common places, and exploring our differences with respect and curiosity. We have much to learn together! Each Soul is birthed into existence with Breath, with Light, with Sound.
And that Sound is unique to that Soul. As humans, we call that sound a name. In our human incarnations, we have many names as we take on many forms and many bodies through all of our incarnations.
As a Soul, our unique sound is Infinite.
We keep that sound through every experience we have, in any form and any dimension.
In hypnosis, the human ego and mind are gently moved to the side and the Soul can come forward and offer its unique sound. When that happens, there is a Knowing, a resonance within the human body that confirms that sound. Sometimes that is expressed as tears, laughter, joy, delight, silence, reverence. The Knowing is felt in different ways in our human bodies.
But the Sound is Certain.
For me, that Infinite Sound is "SO..."
SO...
I have hesitated to share my Sound in my work and my life because it is so Sacred to me. I have such reverence for the Infinite Being, Consciousness, Love that is so much bigger than this human life I am living as Vivienne. And so I have protected this knowing, even as I shared so many other details of my journey publicly.
This awareness of my Soul Sound (Name) was subtle at first and it came through technology. I would be typing a text or message to a friend and type in an "I" and move on to the next word and my phone would change it to a lower case "so." I would go back and correct it to an "I." For anyone who uses a phone keyboard, you know that the capital I and then s and then o are nowhere near each other as you type them! At first, I was just mildly annoyed that my phone kept acting up and creating this shift in what I was trying to send out.
Over months, the pattern wouldn't go away and I became more curious. WHY? Why would my phone be doing this?!
And then I created a meditation for myself at a retreat in April 2017. In the middle of the meditation, as my Soul was guiding the words, channeling a new way of meditating, I heard myself say simply, "And My Soul Name Is So." And then I continued with the rest of the meditation. I was amazed when I heard those words again the next day as I played the recording.
And also... I already knew.
I already knew that was my Soul (Name) Sound.

Since I have acknowledged that to myself, the trust in and connection to my Soul has deepened and strengthened. Now when I meditate, when I get still and quiet... my Soul speaks to me with such wealth of information, such certainty in what that Infinite Consciousness knows and has experienced:
The more that I allow this Infinite Consciousness, Soul known as So to be embodied... to be present in... to be living fully in... this human experience, this lifetime as Vivienne...
...the more Joy... the more exhilaration... the more contentment... the more profound and beautiful my days are becoming.
I am still ME.
I am still Vivienne, the proud Mama of two beautiful, thriving young adults. The blessed, well-loved wife of my husband. The present, grateful daughter of my amazing parents.
I am still ME, Vivienne, living this amazing Life I chose.
AND... I am also the Infinite Soul known as SO, with Infinite Wisdom and Love that I agreed to bring to this lifetime, on this planet, as we continue evolving through this Shift of Consciousness.
And So... I... have a lot to share.
- Practical things about what most serves my body, my schedule, my business, my family.
- Philosophical things like what is the journey of a Soul, how do we explain Consciousness, what is happening on our planet.
- And Galactic, Universal Information like where do Souls go if they are not incarnating as humans, what are those experiences like, how would I describe Source, how would I experience Source.
The more that I allow this Infinite Consciousness, Soul known as So to be embodied... to be present in... to be living fully in... this human experience, this lifetime as Vivienne...
...the more Joy... the more exhilaration... the more contentment... the more profound and beautiful my days are becoming.
I am still ME.

I am going to show up most Tuesdays at 5:55 pm ET (because I like the vibration of the number 5:55!) on Zoom and share whatever feels relevant in the Now moment (which is now called Viv's Energy Gym! and includes an ever-growing community!).
The invitation is for YOU to also show up (via Zoom - video or audio - phone) and meet me in that space with your questions. Those pieces that don't seem to be clear yet in your journey. Those awarenesses that perhaps aren't answered to your satisfaction in the articles you read or the videos you watch.
And I will answer those questions to the best of my ability. If I don't know, I will tell you. If I have a reflection, I will share it. And then I'll share some of my own stories and knowledge.
