Hello, Friends! I hope you are well and enjoying the arrival of Spring! It feels like change is unfolding all around me as I watch new green plants popping up in our garden and trees budding with new leaves. Such a sense of new birth and anticipation in the air! And so it is also for me as I write to share with you the next adventure of My Soul Journey... A little background first perhaps. At the beginning of March, I felt inspired to create and post a series of free guided meditations / energy clearings on my Facebook page and YouTube channel. There wasn't a definite end date, just a knowing that I had tools to share with others that could hopefully guide them into their own meditation practice. What became clear along the way was that this series was also to teach ME about being more present in my own practice! Showing up each day with no agenda, no resistance, allowing what needed to be shared to come through clearly - this has been one of my most exciting adventures yet and I am so proud of what has flowed through from my heart. We complete this Friday... and of course, the next steps have presented themselves with ease and grace.  This weekend, Soul Shine begins! Every Sunday morning (again with no end date in mind!), I will be showing up to hold space and guide an ever-growing community of curious Souls through a meditation / energy clearing. You can join me LIVE on the call (muted for your privacy) or you can listen to the recording later that day or week. The beauty of this process is that you can tap into the energetic field of a large group of people focusing their attention on one theme, but have an individual experience that meets your own evolution. I created a five minute video here that shares the details and also my vision for Soul Shine - to ripple love and healing out across our country and planet, one soul, family, community, school, and business at a time.
