I am writing to you on a Thursday afternoon here in Cincinnati. It is cold and grey outside, but I come to you warm and filled up from a quiet, reflective morning. I have been realizing over the last week how much of my time and energy for a while now has been directed towards writing and creating content to be shared through my podcast and books... and not as directed towards my Healing Sessions, which are so powerful. Yesterday I was interviewed by my friend and comedian, Brendan Fitzgibbons, for his new podcast The Spiritual A**hole. If you have not yet tuned into his podcast, I highly recommend it for the funny and intriguing way he bridges spirituality and comedy - SO GOOD!! Brendan had me on his show (episode to air in a few weeks) to discuss Energy and the ways in which I guide my clients to allow more flow of Energy in their lives.  (This is us a few years ago with his cousin and my dear friend, Andrea Henkels.) He shared his story of our coaching journey (and how my definition of "coaching" has shifted in the past five years!) and the impact that my reflections had in helping him step more and more into his Gifts and creating a life that he now loves! In our conversation, I was reminded again of the long-term power that comes from Loving Accountability... being held to the highest possibilities for ourselves. Thank you! . . .In the human journey, we are offered endless pathways to follow. Creativity takes so many forms and it is sometimes overwhelming to decide which direction is most resonant. As I have completed Just White Light and shared the completion of my Soul's role as the Story-Keeper for our Tribe, I have been deeply contemplating which direction to focus on... which pathway offers the most Joy and Light... the most Play and Pleasure. I know my greatest Gift is my ability to see the Light in others... to reflect each One's own beauty and brilliance and magnificence back to them. And so I trust that those Souls ready to expand their Light and step more firmly into their Soul's Gifts in this lifetime are finding their way into deeper connections with my Soul here on Gaia. When I sat down to record the words I wanted to share here, the overall message can be simplified to one word... Home. Here on Earth we have many definitions of Home. There is our Home Planet... Gaia. Our Home Country, for me the United States. Our Hometown, Cincinnati. Our physical structure or building we call Home. And then the physical vehicle for our Soul... the Home of our Body. Depending on the conversation and intention, Home can mean many things. In my transition from 2019 to 2020, I was able to spend a lot of time in my physical home with my family, watching movies, eating lots of meals together, reading, writing, meditating, playing. Home felt solid and real and so good... especially with those I love here with me! When my family returned to work and school at the beginning of the new year, I spent one day tuning into and visualizing the possibilities for the virtual home of my website for My Soul Journey.  I reorganized on a vision board the layout of my site's menu and how all of my Offerings and Services weave together in the new energy that is possible here in 2020. What I created visually and energetically I am now in the process of forming and writing physically as I manage my website's makeover. If you have not visited this space in a while, I invite you to poke around here and explore the healing work that I do and the many forms in which I offer it. On the second day after my family returned to their routines, I opened up a Flow with my Soul for a much wider and more expansive definition of Home. Home... The fullest definition of Love, from where we all originated as Souls and to where we all return at the end of Our Soul's Journey. Home... Source... God... One... All... Universal Consciousness... Our rudimentary attempts to define Consciousness, the Infinite, could never possibly fully capture what is. And yet, my Awareness on that first day of recording Stories into my phone was that it was time for my Soul to communicate this broader definition of Home. For the next two weeks, I sat quietly in my meditative process and flowed through a Collection of Stories. I transcribed and edited the content of these recordings into a book that was published on Friday, January 24th, the New Moon in Aquarius. It is titled: Just White Light...A Collection of Stories from Across the Galaxy to Guide Our Way Home.  It is the Story of My Soul... the Spark of Light that originated from Just White Light... and follows my Path of Learning outside of and including here on Gaia, Earth. The Stories I share offer insight into why a Soul exists, how the Soul embodies here in our physical reality, how Light and Color play and dance outside of Earth and here in our bodies through our Energy Chakras. I offer my Reflections on death and dying... and how to experience Co-Creation and collaboration outside of our human form. This is a Book of Love... about Love... for Love. It offers my perspective through the lens of My Soul Journey. These Stories are being shared Here Now on Gaia because more and more Souls are Awakening. Waking up to the realization that we are all related. We are all on this Journey together. That we are Visitors here on Gaia and we have much to learn from her Energy, her Creation, her Love for Humanity. It can be uncomfortable and confusing to Awaken. So Just White Light offers guidance and understanding to soothe the questions of the Mind. The Age of Aquarius...I chose the New Moon in Aquarius as the birth date for Just White Light because the Aquarius energy feels like Home to me. I am an Aquarius Sun and Moon, Gemini Rising, and I was born on a New Moon in Aquarius many years ago. The night before Just White Light birthed, we gathered for the first New Moon Circle of 2020 (in Aquarius) here in my physical home.  I continue to be amazed and humbled at the courage and vulnerability of those who show up in this community to connect and evolve. We go deep and yet we stay in our own power and strength... and I find this to be remarkable. As I feel into the possibilities for this new year and new decade, I am certain that Circles such as the ones I host here are going to become sacred spaces where we can touch and Remember the Love of this broader understanding of Home. Where we are truly SEEN for the unique Soul embodied here on Gaia. And where we Remember and begin sharing our Soul's Gifts within community. "Home is where the Heart is." We often say or hear these words and I love the intention of the phrase. Home = Love.... Love = Home. There are many definitions and all are correct when Love equals Home. Let's continue defining Home together... Here Now on Gaia in 2020!  |
