There comes a time in our lives where we

Where the patterns, limitations, and beliefs that have served our journeys suddenly no longer serve. The old ways feel limiting and there's a tiny lifting of the veil that teases us with the possibility that life could be different.
Sometimes that Awakening is gentle, with little signs and nudges along the way. An easy arrival at a moment where you are ready for something different. For others, the Awakening is abrupt, sudden, shocking.

(Before Thursday): (1 hr+)

Thursday: (1.5 hr)
Recorded video with conversation / energy application
Optional additional resources (videos, exercises, articles)
Sunday: (1 hr)
Recorded virtual group meditation from the time frame of the original program
