Our Soul Journey - 30 Daily Meditations
In March of 2016, three months after I started my own business, I challenged myself to a new adventure... creating a series of daily meditations each morning for 30 days.
While I had been meditating on my own for a long time and regularly guided my clients through meditation steps and energy clearings - this was a new level of exploring the guided meditation process.
Showing up without an agenda, tapping into what was happening in and around me, and then diving into the meditation space with just me and a microphone... It was exhilarating and terrifying for the first week and then became a fascinating process to enjoy and witness!
I firmly believe that meditation can change a person's life by helping each of us tap into our own knowing and creativity. And we often need encouragement and accountability along the way, which is what these recordings can guide you through.
