Children are always our Teachers.

And children on the Autism Spectrum are our greatest Teachers at this time in Humanity. In this inspirational A-Z book, we describe the Journey of Gaia, our planet, growing up and we are guided by the visual interpretations of a few of these Teachers, children with Autism.

The Back Story...

A year and a half ago, I scribed short phrases for each of the letters of the alphabet on a large sheet of paper, wondering what this little gift of words would become. As with all pure transmissions of Love from God / Source / Consciousness / Love, the threads of a new tapestry started to arrive in my life.

Almost immediately, I realized that these A-Z phrases were going to be the foundation of a children's book and my meditation time introduced the project's connection to the Spectrum of Autism. The artwork arrived through the beautiful creations from Art With Intention, a non-profit organization founded by my friend, Patti McDonald, that utilizes art in a therapeutic program for children and adults with neurological challenges. 

Over time... slowly... consistently... a book has evolved.

This tiny paperback children's book holds a giant universal vibration of Love. 

The phrases for each of the letters tell a story that is older than time, a story that all Souls remember as Truth.

We are created from Source / God / Consciousness / Love... and we each follow our own Soul's Journey with adventures and lessons, surprises and unspeakable beauty.

We are ALL offered the opportunity to achieve our Zenith, the pinnacle of all that we believed to be possible when we first began our Adventure.

And we ALL return to Source / God / Consciousness / Love... and are offered the choice to begin again.

The three Artists featured in this book, young adults with Autism, guided by Patti in Art With Intention sessions, provide their perspective of the Soul's Journey. Their paintings are full of life, color, hope, depth, connection, beauty... and our hearts expand simply in witnessing their creations.

One Day: Gaia Grows Up! is a children's book... and also a guide book for children of all ages. Yes, even us adults! 

We have so much to learn from these beautiful Souls embodied as children and young adults on the Spectrum of Autism. Perhaps we can begin by honoring the creative gifts of these three Artists: Emily, Dylan, and Jack.

In a world that is very busy, with much distraction and a never-ending, overwhelming list of tasks to be accomplished, our ability to be still... to be present... in the moment that exists Right Here And Now can be challenging.

It is easy to miss the tiny miracles happening right in front of our eyes. 

It is easy to miss the powerful and tiny connections from one Soul in a human body to the other. Looking another directly in the eyes and listening fully. Smiling and showing concern, care, empathy. Putting a hand on the hand of another and saying simply - "I am here in this moment with you."

My hope, my intention is that this tiny little book filled with such a pure transmission of Love can create an opening for deeper understanding, deeper connection, more presence, and a greater Love from one to another... Parent to child, student to teacher, brother to sister.

We are all one.

We come from the same Source... and we return to the same Source... and in between, we are offered the opportunity always to Love.

To BE Love.

And to Love.
