December 2018... Momentum

I trust you are well and enjoying each Moment of these last few weeks of 2018. 

There is so much to be thankful for as this amazing year comes to a close and a new one begins! And so I begin by sharing the vibration of the word I have called in for the month of December... Momentum.

Momentum...

"When you are fully present in the Moment... and you allow Source to keep moving you forward with ease, grace, and abundance.

Momentum is not something you can DO, it is something you ALLOW. 

By being prepared and ready in All Ways, you are still and steady for when the River of Life takes you... and you flow with this Momentum... not surprised at all where it takes you. 

​Momentum holds the energy of Spontaneity in it, the highest version of that, though.

An Energy based in Devotion and Commitment and Excellence. 

Only when you are practicing Excellence every day can you truly soar into Momentum, the kind you are calling in.

So yes, Today is about the Moment.

The Moment that becomes Momentum... over and over again."

In Three Years...
​

As I sit with this definition of the word and what it means to me as 2019 wraps up, I have been reflecting on ALL the many Moments that have happened since I started my own business three years ago (1-1-2016).

When I first started My Soul Journey, I had no idea which direction I would be taking this business. Only a Knowing that it was the right next step... for me, for my family, for my clients, for my work in this world. A clear guidance from my own connection to Source that it was time for me to surrender more to the flow of the "River of Life."

In these Three Years of "becoming prepared and ready," ALLOWING many Moments, and being completely committed to my own understanding of Excellence...

Momentum has naturally flowed forward in very practical DOING ways:

• My own well-established meditation practice that is always first on my to-do list
• Many, many individual client healing sessions (Thank YOU!)
• My own website that I created from scratch and maintain fully on my own
• Established social media platforms (that I try keep up with!)
• 128 weeks of guided Sunday meditations
• 270+ YouTube videos shared on my channel
• 31 New Moon Circles / Events / Retreats at my home
• Creation of an 8-week online Self-study and Healing Course 
• 105 Episodes of Gaia's Love daily podcast
• Three Books (written and self-published)

If three years ago today, I sat down for a cup of tea with the Me I am now..

... and this list had been shared with me then ...

I would not have believed in the possibility of All that has been Created.

My Soul Journey has evolved as I have evolved. 

It has shifted directions or course as circumstances in my own human life have shifted directions. All of the content I have created has come from the experiences I am living and co-creating with all of those around me.

As I have healed my stuck places and continually opened my heart... more Love has flowed in and through all that I share in my work.

And so we arrive here... at the end of this third year of my business... at the beginning of this incredible New Year of 2019...

And of course, as I keep surrendering and trusting and allowing... there is MORE! 

There is ALWAYS More!

2018 New Offerings...

What I am often finding is that many people new to this idea of Energy work don't know where to begin. The path feels overwhelming and unclear.

At my New Moon Circles, I have recently offered 20 minute mini-sessions that allow me to quickly identify where the biggest block is in an individual's energy flow... and how he / she can best begin to address that block. 

The power and impact of just that one nugget of information is immeasurable.

Which has led to the creation of...

Initial Energy Assessments ($99 / 45 minutes)
This offering is only for new clients, individuals who have never experienced my healing work and are feeling "stuck" in their lives (health, relationship, work - it's all connected).

A 45-minute Energy Assessment (by phone) is perhaps comparable to having a physical check-up with a doctor, except we are looking at the Energy Flow within the individual and how it impacts their lives externally.

I scan the person's body energetically to see what is most present and then I tune into what next steps most serve that person to begin their healing journey. I ask questions as we go and listen to his/her responses, then offering tools and resources that he/she can immediately begin to apply.

Just as with a physical by a doctor, what the person does with the information from that moment on is up to them. As they see results from implementing what I suggest, further next steps can then be explored together.

2018 Releasing Meditation
At noon ET on Friday, December 28th, we are pausing for an hour together to energetically release all that has occurred in this powerful year of 2018... the good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful... making space for all the new to arrive in 2019!

2019 New Offerings...

Happy New Year!! 

As has become tradition for me, I will tune in on New Year's Eve to create a meditation for the Energy of the New Year! 

I started in this in 2017 with the "2017 Outrageous Abundance Meditation" and continued that in 2018 with "Claiming My Seat at the 2018 Roundtable" meditation. Listening to these again now at the end of this year, it is incredible to see how much wisdom my Soul was bringing forward to guide me / us as the New Year started.

The 2019 meditation will be available for free on YouTube on January 1st!
