Many of us have disconnected from our own understanding of how this Energy flows through our bodies, experiencing "stuck" Energy in the physical form of illness, struggle, isolation, lack, emotional turmoil... If you are new to Energy Healing and my work, I offer this 30-minute introductory session where I hear a little about your story and then offer what shows up as most present energetically when I "see" you. We then identify a few practical next steps that you can apply immediately in your daily routine to help you move towards Optimal Health of Soul-Body-Mind. It's a brief but powerful time to connect and focus just on you. Sessions are held over the phone or Zoom (international calls) for an exchange of US $111.00. Everything is Energy...
Life often feels busy, chaotic, confusing, stressful, and at times, downright overwhelming.
In this juggle to constantly keep up or "get ahead," our physical, mental, and energetic systems can quickly get bogged down by all that is coming towards us throughout the day. The imbalance then accumulates and over time, begins to manifest as dis-"ease" in our lives.
While we can spend much time and money treating the surface symptoms of that imbalance, until we address the root cause of our dis-"ease" we will only keep recreating the same patterns.
What do I mean by that?
Science is showing us what we intuitively already know to be true - that Everything is Energy.
In this juggle to constantly keep up or "get ahead," our physical, mental, and energetic systems can quickly get bogged down by all that is coming towards us throughout the day. The imbalance then accumulates and over time, begins to manifest as dis-"ease" in our lives.

So if ENERGY is what makes up the cellular composition of our bodies, then the most efficient and powerful way to cleanse our physical bodies is through healing our Energy Chakras and our Aura / Energy field.

As an Energy Healer and Soul Guide, I hold space for the highest potential of my clients during our healing sessions. I am able to quickly identify where Energy is blocked in your field and gently guide you through a process of releasing that block, allowing more Energy to flow through your body.
This 30-minute Energy Assessment (by phone) is perhaps comparable to having a physical check-up with a doctor, except we are looking at the Energy Flow within your body and how it impacts your life externally.

I scan your body energetically (intuitively) to see what is most present, looking specifically at how you are "in flow" or looking stagnant or blocked. I ask questions as we go and listen to your responses, then offering tools and resources that you can immediately begin to apply to begin moving towards Optimal Health.
Just as with a physical by a doctor, what you do with the information from that moment on is up to you. As you see results from implementing what I suggest, further next steps can then be explored together.

We all have the ability to sense Energy moving through our own lives and the lives of those around us - most of us have simply forgotten that ability.
Sensing energy takes different forms for each of us, using our physical senses to align with our intuition:
Over years of consciously developing (and remembering!) how to tune into Energy, my abilities to see the unseen are as natural and easy as my ability to see in the physical.
For me, I can visually see Energy moving in images and colors and through stories when I close my physical eyes and activate my inner "Third Eye." I also sense or feel Energy moving (or blocked) in my own body when I "tap into" the Energy Field of a client's body (with their permission), allowing us to immediately identify where to begin healing their body through the awareness of my own. I often hear words or messages through my ears guiding the healing process.
My ability to "see" Energy comes from my own Trust in my ability to do so... and from the Purity of the Source of Energy. I am simply a channel, a conduit through which Universal Energy flows, allowing my work to be powerful, effective, and loving.

I ask that you show up for our healing time calmly settled in your body and in a quiet space where you can tune in with me. I also recommend giving yourself a little time after we are done to integrate what we looked at in our time together, and perhaps journal your reflections.
What does a session cost?
The exchange for an Initial Energy Assessment is: US $111 - 30 minute session.
I have found in my coaching work with clients that the level of transformation you experience is directly connected to the commitment and financial exchange you bring to each session. If it's not important to you, you're not going to see much change happening. If it's a VIP, high-priority appointment on your calendar that you are valuing your investment of time and money in - Transformation is underway!
Can the session be recorded?
Yes, it is often helpful to listen to the recording again after a few days, as pieces you may have missed fall into place. The recording can be saved in Dropbox for you to download when you are ready. Please let me know (in the options as you schedule online) if you want the session recorded.

That depends on what you want to accomplish or what you are exploring on your journey.
