Let's move through this Transition from 2018-2019 with Grace and Ease!
When we hold onto the old, we limit ourselves from receiving the full potential of the new... in the Now Moment. So let us pause together and consciously release and then create! You are never "too late" to clear energy and let go of the old patterns and beliefs. Whenever you find yourself here, reading these words... trust the invitation to pause and "Release 2018"... so that you can "Visualize 2019" in its fullest potential! What a year 2018 was for humanity!
At the end of 2017, I created a guided meditation that I called Claiming My Seat at the 2018 Roundtable. In it, I described how the year ahead would offer each of us an equal seat at the Energetic table of Creation.
"And so as we sit firmly in our chairs, feet planted, eyes gazing around this energetic space, there is a sense of Coming Home.
A Sense of Remembering each other... Remembering the Contracts, the Agreements that we have made to Show Up Here at this Table... with each other, for each other, for ourselves, for Humanity, for this beautiful planet... Gaia... that we came here to hold, to strengthen, to nurture."
It is easy in times of Great Change to get stuck in the chaos of the Shift. To lose sight of the gifts and the lessons that come via the falling of the Veil of Illusion.
As always, I turn to Meditation as a bridge between the physical and the spiritual... the seen and the unseen... the past or future and the present Moment.
So as we arrived in the last days of 2018, it felt timely and empowering to Pause... Gather in Meditation... and Explore all that shifted in our Awareness, individually and collectively.

Releasing 2018...
At the end of 2018, we gathered virtually for a guided energy clearing of the events of 2018, in our own lives and within humanity. For those who were not able to join us live, the call was recorded.
The process I guide you through in the recording is simple and yet profound:
This review process is important as we transition in Time because we cannot fully be available for new to arrive when we are still holding onto or judging ourselves or others for what has happened in the past.
Coming to a place of neutrality, acceptance, and forgiveness allows space for Hope... For Creativity... For Love to Expand.

- We work our way through the year, tapping into important moments and events that happened here on Earth, with quiet spaces in between where I prompt you with questions to explore the matches within your individual journey.
- As we slowly make our way through the year energetically, we honor the places where we rocked it and expanded! And we release and forgive ourselves for the places where we got stuck or didn't navigate quite as well as we would have liked.
- By the end of the hour, we arrive fully in the NOW moment as a quiet group, in harmony with what IS and opening to ALL that is yet possible.

Visualizing 2019...
As January arrived, we are like clean slates, open to the possibilities of ALL that can arrive in 2019!
The live gathering was once again recorded, so the process for you is simple:
The field of energy that the group co-created (with our deeper grounding and wider capacity than we have access to when we meditate individually) allows for a more expanded creative space than you perhaps have experienced before... whenever you listen to the recording. The vibration was anchored in at the moment of the meditation's creation.
So claim the hour and arrive ready to have some fun and allow your Soul to dance with you in new ways!

- We focus on getting centered and steady within our own energy field and body... Connecting deeply in with Gaia, this planet that we are blessed to inhabit... Feeling Source / God energy around us.
- We connect in with our Souls to allow the highest vibrational intentions for 2019 to take form in our mind's eye.

As with every meditation and energy clearing that I guide, I suggest that you build in five minutes of stillness before we begin each call to allow yourself to land, slow down the pace, and fully arrive for this time with your Soul.
After the call ends, give yourself a buffer, a cocoon of 15-30 minutes to journal, sketch, reflect, or voice record into your phone any reflections, ideas, or images that came through during your meditation time. Often as we sit and bring the non-physical into the physical, the spiritual into the seen, our ideas take on more form and our action steps become clear.

Energy work is manifested in the physical body through Water, and so I always suggest that you drink an extra glass or two of Water after the meditation. And nourish your body with a yummy meal!
