Sing...

It is the beginning of May and the beginning of one of my grandest adventures with my daughter yet! Before Callie was born, I studied in the beautiful country of Costa Rica and lived with a family that have remained close to my heart. Throughout the years, Callie has heard me share stories of my "Mama" Daisy and been told repeatedly that "One Day" we would go visit her together in person.

Well, One Day Is Here! 

And my heart is singing in celebration at the beauty of this life that I am living and the perfection of its timing again and again.

Sing - "To make musical sounds with the voice, especially words with a set tune..."

I am deeply connected to music and sound and I have spent my life believing that I don't have a good singing voice. What I understand now is that my way of singing is simply different than others. I sing through meditation. I express my Truth and I allow Source to flow through my voice through the "set tune" of visualization. And what flows through me is absolute perfection because it is Source Love and Source Energy expanding within the containers that I hold during meditation time. 

One of the most beautiful songs that I have ever heard that describes how I feel in this moment the best is "Song of Your Heart" by Snatam Kaur, whose voice is from the angels. She describes in a blog post from September of 2012 that the song "is a poem that I wrote for my daughter. It is what I know to be true, and in this way, I dedicate it to all children on the planet, and all those who take the journey into their heart."

I could not be more excited than to have my beautiful daughter right by my side as we learn to sing together in this new way, as equals, as partners as she graduates and begins her own Soul Journey. I honor the choice that she and I made to allow our beautiful connection in this lifetime and I celebrate ALL that she is becoming. 

"One Day" Is Here and my heart is full... steady... eager for all that is yet to come.

​We have grand plans to share our adventures via Facebook and Instagram, so if you would like to witness the Songs of Our Hearts, come play in these spaces with us! 

• On Friday, we are spending the night with my Costa Rican family and having a big family breakfast together the next morning.
• On Saturday we attend the opening night for Kaypacha's Astrology Rising: Co-Creating the Future conference with wise paradigm-shifters from around the world.
• We stay there for two days, expanding our understanding of astrology and its impact on Soul-humans here on Earth.
• Then on Tuesday we drive along the coast to the farm and arrive in my Costa Rican "Mama's" arms to rest and fill our souls and bodies up with her love (and delicious food!).
• On Thursday, we honor this beautiful planet of Gaia by walking through her sacred Manuel Antonio National Park, knowing that our planet is constantly healing and still holding space for all who inhabit her container.
• And on Saturday we return home, just in time for Mother's day with my son!
