Happy first New Moon of 2019!

I trust you are well and flowing into this New Year with delightful grace and ease.

New Moons are opportunities to create new beginnings, to launch new initiatives, to see through the darkness to the millions of Stars of Pure Potential that lie within the dark night sky.

In my own Journey I have found that New Moons are a Portal of incredible Creativity... a brief period of Time where my physical energy is at its peak and my Mind-Body-Spirit are dancing in an easy harmony.

And so I arrive at THIS New Moon with a BIG Vision that I am so excited to share with you!

#IAmHereNowGaia...

Today, I am beginning a Global Movement... #IAmHereNowGaia.

I believe the most powerful and effective way to heal our Planet is to tune into Her Energy Field in a personal, individual way through Meditation and Time spent in Appreciation with Her Gifts.

Humans are dependent upon the Health and Vibrancy of this Planet in order to continue existing.

And we are long overdue for a course-correction in how we engage with the Energy of Gaia... Earth... our Home.

#IAmHereNowGaia invites every individual on this Planet...

Every Soul walking in a human body to pause briefly...

Plant our feet on the Earth...

And LISTEN to the subtle and important messages that She shares with us.

From the first New Moon of 2019 to the first Full Moon, I am holding space for this Movement to spread energetically and then visually via social media across our Planet, inviting a new platform for collaboration, connection, and idea generation.

Your Choice to pause once over the next 17 days or to pause every single day for a few minutes is valued and so greatly appreciated...

And much more importantly, by the Energy Field that is Earth... Gaia... this atmospheric womb within which we all live, breathe, and co-create.

My hope is that as we pause and then SHARE the Experiences we have with Gaia on social media, the content of our news feeds can shift for the next two weeks...

And we can be flooded with images and videos of those we love walking in nature... smiling at the beauty of the sky and our sun... sharing short clips of the ocean's waves or the trees moving in the wind or the mountain vistas or simply the green grass holding space for us in our front yards.

As with any grass-roots movement started by one individual with a BIG Vision, it takes many, many, many of us to share the message.
