Carry Me...

What a week! It feels like a roller coaster ride / whirlwind that has just ended, but we're not sure which way is up in the moment! Does that resonate with you?

Speaking from my own experience, the week started off with expansion. On Monday and Tuesday I had amazing conversations with clients and friends, time with my gorgeous husband, yoga with my daughter and girlfriends, sweet chats with my son... and then a flowing of love that poured out in this video that I titled "Feeling the Love." SO GOOD!

And then the planets moved just slightly on Wednesday, Mercury went into retrograde, the sun and the moon had an eclipse of some sort (again?!), and a new moon brought in a rush of emotion. Contraction, tears, feelings of not being understood, deep sadness - What Happened?! I was feeling so good and then in a moment it all just flipped around!

That seems to be the pace of life ... humanity ... this planet ... at this time. Things are moving so quickly and it can knock us off kilter.

Each of us have our own tools, tricks, ways, practices to come back into balance. For me it's running, listening to music, stillness in the sunshine, my Kundalini yoga class that helps me manage my energy and bliss out as I chant within community, hugs from my family, deep conversations with my closest supporters... Love. In all forms.

Today, I offer you Love through the beautiful song that has brought me such sweet peace over the past few days. May it guide you inward to a still, quiet point inside your heart.
