We are midway through 2016 and almost at the Summer Solstice.. time is a flyin'! How are you feeling about where you are so far in this year of the Red Fire Monkey?! I love astrology and the wisdom shared by those who study astrology, so here's what Susan Levitt had to say about 2016. "The year of the Monkey is ideal for a Quantum Leap in your life. Even the most ambitious plans can succeed." I don't know about you, but I am feeling every powerful, crazy fun drop of this Red Fire Monkey year! More has been flowing through me than ever before and it is making life a fun adventure! Topsy turvy at times, very unknown most of the time, but expanding and delighting my Soul daily. As we arrive at this "longest day of the year" (a.k.a. more sunshine than any other day of the year!), I invite you to create a pause in your schedule to check in with yourself. How's 2106 going? What would you like to shift that you haven't yet? What needs to move in you to allow that shift to happen? Take a seat on your meditation pillow, by a tree, in your bed, in your bathtub... and check in with yourself on a deeper level. No time like now to see what you are ready to create next in your life.
