We are elements of one ever-expanding field of energy and Love, exploring this Universe in all of its variety and complexity. And we chose to have a human incarnation... an adventure here on Earth in the physical form. Co-creating together at this time on this planet! With so much to remember, so much awareness beginning to flow through the Veil of Illusion that has buffered our human experience. It can be overwhelming as we move through this Shift, with the Mind - Body - Soul all receiving new information, new energies, new understandings. And yet, it is really all so simple - "I Am Love." On this website (my virtual home) and specifically here in the Light Medicine space, we continue to tune into the vibration of "I Am." It is a bridge to help us remember that everything, each one of us, all energies are intrinsically connected. And so our choice to align again and again and again with Love heals not only us individually, but everyone and everything.

We have come so far in our human evolution and learning, as science and research offer us a constant flow of new evidence about how our Minds and Bodies function. Billions of dollars and endless hours of time and focus have been poured into this container we call Medicine. Careers and new industries have been built around every aspect of how we heal the human body and move towards better health here on Earth.
And yet... we seem to be getting sicker.
Obesity, mental illness, cancer, fatigue, viruses - all statistically higher than ever before. Humans are taking a LOT of medicine (the drugs or herbs prescribed by doctors) and creating a LOT of data to feed into the research. But we aren't "feeling better."
What are we missing?

I believe that our Optimal Health in the human journey is the harmony of our Mind, our Body, AND our Soul.
The Soul is Light.
Pure Energy / Consciousness brought into form in a human Body. Infinite Knowing collaborating with a very limited (as of now!) human Mind.
So the pathway to our Optimal Health begins with reconnecting to that Light within.
The Medicine we need to "feel better" is within ourselves.
Yes... "I Am" the Medicine.
"YOU are" the Medicine.
Each one of us is an incredible, complex, beautiful merging of Light in the physical form, and our ability to reconnect to that Light within is the most powerful pathway for healing!
