Week One
Saturday 11.11
Welcome and Opening ... We gather on Zoom at 11am ET for one hour to introduce ourselves and describe the healing modalities and resources we will be offering and holding for our 21 days together. We will all place our intentions into the community space and answer any questions you might have. Recorded if you can't join live.
The Rising Star energy healing (chakra system) will be activated before our call, setting the energetic flow for our 21 day journey inward. There is nothing you need to "do." The energy does the work and the ripples will flow into your human experience.
"The Rising Star is an extraordinarily powerful system sourced from an ancient Tibetan lineage. It works by directing energy through the client’s chakra system, working on the five elements; fire, water, air, earth and ether, so that your entire being can start to balance and heal. If you are new to the way she guides meditation, no worries, you will be welcomed into our time together as we get settled, so you will easily drop in.
