2. Guided Meditation

This page will remain active until the next New Moon in Cancer (2025) and then a new page set up for the next year. So you may come back as often as you feel guided to tune into this vibration!
As with any meditation I guide, I invite you to take a few minutes to slow the pace down... stretch out your body and shake off any stuck energy... take a seat and get settled in... be in a comfy spot where you will not be interrupted for the next half hour... close your eyes... relax your body... and let's meditate. I also believe in honoring the creative gifts of our musicians, so I use Spotify as a platform to align with their Sounds. Each month, I create a playlist on my account (viv-gerard) that supports the energy that is moving at that time. .

3. Setting Intentions!
The New Moon is a time of wide open night skies, filled with stars that can guide us into brand new possibilities. Setting intentions at this time of the lunar cycle is powerful... especially when many are doing it together in the same energetic container.
A few days before the New Moon, I will draw a new Circle (like the one to the right) on a large easel sized white paper, and begin hand-writing in intentions as they are sent to me by those participating in the New Moon Meditation, for three days around the New Moon (email to me here). When complete, I will burn the paper in our fire pit and release the intentions To The Stars... knowing the manifestations will be sent Back to us here on Earth! xoxoxo
