Terms of Service

General Terms are outlined below, with specific clarifications for individual programs / services.
PARTICIPATION CONTRACT
Acceptance of following Terms of Agreement and Release from Liability is a requirement for participation in any service or product offered by Vivienne Gerard through Infinite Embodiment LLC.
Nature of Relationship:
The Client(s) enters into this exchange with the understanding that the services and/or products provided by Vivienne Gerard through Infinite Embodiment LLC include intuitive information only and the Client is responsible for creating his or her own decisions and results. During the time together, Vivienne (the Coach) may give specific advice or suggestions; however, it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility for making his or her own decisions and determining the best course of action. Coaching and energy readings from Vivienne Gerard are intended to provide insight on a spiritual level for making life improvements and are not intended to replace therapy or medical treatment or the Client’s own personal sense of what is right or wrong. The exchange is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of psychotherapy, but as Intuitive Coaching. In the event that the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional. Any referral the Client may receive to another person, product or company is done without endorsement or warranty. The Client understands that due to individual differences in commitment and participation, results they may achieve from Vivienne’s services may differ from the results achieved by others. Vivienne makes no express or implied warranties of any type or nature whatsoever with respect to such services.
Confidentiality:
Maintaining confidentiality and trust is essential in all exchanges. Information shared within any group is to be kept confidential, except in the case that Vivienne reserves the right to disclose such information as she believes is reasonably necessary to protect a client’s personal safety, the personal safety of another person or as otherwise required by law. The Client agrees to preserve in strict confidence all confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information of Infinite Embodiment LLC or received from Infinite Embodiment LLC, whether or not marked «proprietary» or «confidential», and whether oral or written. All videos or audio recordings from sessions are the property of Infinite Embodiment LLC. Any information shared by the Client on social media is considered public information and the Coach will not be held liable for maintaining confidentiality of that information. Photographs and quotes shared by Vivienne on social media are with the prior consent of those included in any images.
Release, Hold Harmless and Agreement Not to Sue:
The Client is free to reject any advice, suggestions, or requests made by Vivienne at any time. The Client acknowledges that he/she is entering voluntarily into this Agreement with Vivienne and hereby releases, holds harmless, and agrees not to sue her for any loss, damage, claim, action, liability, or demand whatsoever which may result, or fail to result, from the services delivered or decisions that the Client makes through the exchange.
Payments on Specific Programs:
In addition to the terms and conditions above, it is agreed upon that:
For The Practicum:
The Client is responsible to pay the full amount of the program price (monthly exchange x 12 months) originally agreed for at the time of purchase, regardless if the Client leaves the one-year program, does not complete it in the time-frame provided, or does not use the container at all or for whatever other purpose set out in the present terms and conditions.
For Quietly Listening:
The Client is responsible to cancel the monthly recurring billing when complete with exchanging for the services, no minimum time frame required. Each month includes two virtual healing sessions, as outlined in the original purchase.
Acceptance of Agreement:
By my arrival for and participation in the services / sessions with Vivienne Gerard, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and I willingly accept all of the points above, agreeing to the Release from Liability.
