Welcome to a LIVE Workshop on how the Body and Energy play!
As we enter the New Year, our challenge continues to be integrating the expansive Infinite Soul into the limited physical Body. For many of us, this challenge involves excess weight, poor diet, lack of exercise, exhaustion, depression, or illness. The steps to making lasting changes feel overwhelming... so we just keep following many of the same old habits that don't serve our optimal health! Join me on Saturday, January 19th in my home (a healing space) from 10am-noon for an interactive workshop on how to better align our bodies with their natural and abundant flow of energy through the chakras... learning how to then trust the cues our bodies give us through simple and effective muscle-testing. Life often feels busy, chaotic, confusing, stressful, and at times, downright overwhelming. In this juggle to constantly keep up or "get ahead," our physical, mental, and energetic systems can quickly get bogged down by all that is coming towards us throughout the day. The imbalance then accumulates and over time, begins to manifest as exhaustion and dis-"ease" in our lives.

The Body and Energy...
Science is showing us what we intuitively already know to be true - that Everything is Energy.

"Nothing is solid and everything is energy. Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature.
Therefore, if we really want to observe ourselves and find out what we are... we are really beings of energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature.
This is fact and is what quantum physics has shown us time and time again. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be, and it’s time we begin to see ourselves in that light."
So if energy is what makes up the cellular composition of our bodies, then the most efficient and powerful way to cleanse and strengthen our physical bodies is through healing our energy chakras and our aura / energy field. We do this by bringing our attention, our awareness to the way that energy is moving through our physical body, noticing where we are stuck or blocked.
And bit by bit, letting it go.
Knowing that deeper healing is possible in every moment.

The need for this workshop has been growing as I talk to more and more people about their lives.
So many are STUCK... feeling blocked, tired, sick... and unsure of how to fix it. In session after session, I am guiding clients in how to tune into their energy flow. How to muscle-test. How to make specific changes to their diet or eating habits. How to slow down the mind and find moments of peace.
And (of course!) it works...
The tools I teach are simple and effective... you just have to choose to apply what you learn to your life.
As an energy healer and Soul Guide, I am able to quickly identify where energy is blocked in a person's field and gently guide him/her through a process of releasing that block, allowing more energy to flow through the body.
In this workshop, the focus is on providing YOU with information and energy tools that you can apply to your daily routine to help keep your own flow of energy clear.

On Saturday, January 19th from 10am - noon, I am hosting a small workshop (maximum of 22) in my living room. My home is a sacred space for healing, as anyone who has visited here can confirm! Simply being in this space and feeling the beauty of the community forming will bring you a greater sense of peace and calm.
During our time together, I will provide information on:
