Join The Gym!
A virtual community where we explore how to harmonize the Soul-Body-Mind here on Earth.
It is an ENERGY Gym, focusing on how we experience and move energy here in this human body and mind. I call this process Infinite Embodiment. In The Gym, we practice this process every week, showing up via Zoom in our human lives and stories, tapping into our Soul's Gifts, witnessing and cheering each other on in community. Energy first... physical manifestation follows. Clear our energy... clear the pathway to manifestation! As we practice this Infinite Embodiment, we are creating a new way of being a human here on Earth. Some (myself included) call this new awareness "The New Earth." And I believe in The Gym, we are building a Community of Leaders of this New Earth. The leaders of The New Earth are the ones Awakening first... and we are excited to share what we're learning with those we love! Being in community with others who are defining leadership, defining their roles in this new reality we are all co-creating, defining ways to share what we are understanding... it helps us steady ourselves through all the changes. Knowing we are not doing it alone, in fact, that we are doing it with other EXTRAORDINARY (yet also very ordinary) individuals, gives us strength and focus. Through sharing our lives with each other week after week, deepening into connection, we build this virtual community - grid around the planet.
