Let's Meditate...For me, every day begins with meditation.
Every session begins with another clearing meditation on my part, so that I show up as a clear conduit for you. Every event I host includes meditation. Every blog post flows from meditation. Whether it is for five minutes or an hour - meditation is the foundation of how I live. So what IS meditation?! For me, it is simply the practice of stilling the mind and allowing an inner harmony with the Infinite Soul. Sometimes that requires guidance and I listen to recorded meditations from healers I trust. Sometimes meditation includes chanting and mudras (hand positions). Often it is just being in a quiet space where I watch the thoughts move gently through my mind and out into nothing-ness. Creating a sense of calm and quiet INSIDE that allows me to hear my Soul whisper to me. Meditation has become one of my greatest delights - to experience it for myself and to guide others into that same powerful alignment with their Mind-Body-Soul. If you are new to this beautiful practice, I welcome you with wide arms and an open heart! You will not be the same once you begin meditating... and it is worth every minute of fitting it into your daily routine. Since I opened my own business, I have created many, many meditations!
The possibilities are endless... Let's meditate, my friends! xoxo "Oh my gosh Vivienne that meditation was INCREDIBLE! I had been having issues with massive tension in my eyebrows/forehead these last few weeks and haven't been able to release it.. But during the meditation, bringing all of the energy down into my feet and learning how to transmute and transform the energy instead of trying to release it TOTALLY alleviated the tension in my forehead.
Honestly the combo of the (Quietly Listening) session Wednesday night, meeting you all in Circle on Friday, and following your New Moon meditation was the exact medicine I needed. My anxiety is down and my communication with my partner has improved. I don't even really feel nervous anymore, just total excitement for what's next!" ~ Karen, Shaman, Massage Therapist |

The Heart Suttra in Buddhism "essentially means that by letting go of your preconceived notions, opinions, and attachments, you can become open to all the wonders of our life.
All things are empty. This is the realization of nothingness. But, emptiness or nothingness does not just mean nothing.
It means not being attached to anything; especially your own perceptions and ideas so that you can see your life clearly."
