Let's Meditate...
Welcome! Thank you for choosing to join me on Sunday mornings for some quiet time with your Soul-Body-Mind. I am so happy that you have found your way here now, to this moment in time on our beautiful planet of Gaia / Earth.
If you are new to this space, I trust you will feel the calm tranquility of it the very first time you join us... and then you will feel compelled to create more and more room in your own journey for inner stillness.
The more of us quieting down the noise of life externally in order to be aware of what is happening internally, the sooner I believe our world becomes more loving and inclusive.

Arriving...
Settle into a comfy spot, close your eyes, and let your Body slow down for a quiet hour with your Soul.
All phone lines will be muted as you arrive and we’ll start promptly at 10am ET and wrap up at 11am.
(Optional): If you’d like to arrive early, Snatam Kaur’s version of Ong Sohung will be uniting us in community musically. This 9 minute chant is dedicated to bringing world peace by honoring the infinite connection between humans and Divinity.
(Optional): Each week right before our call, I tune into the energy I feel moving and create an Intention Grid to hold the vibration for us as we move into the new week. I share that Grid on Instagram. I encourage you to join in on the play and bring your own sacred objects, cloth/mat/base intention grid image, crystals, stones, oils, candles, and other Gifts with you as you prepare to meditate. You can set up an Altar or Intention Grid before we start, as we are going through the meditation and you feel inspired, or when we are complete and you are integrating or listening later in the day. Share it or don’t… It is all perfect! Trust your own intuition and know that Your Connection energetically is exactly what is needed for this week.
