On June 20th we had the Summer Solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere, followed that weekend by the Full Moon in Capricorn, both bringing so much light into our planet and our awareness. This can feel overwhelming to our human system, so meditation is a powerful way to integrate the energy.
Below is the link to a guided meditation for the Full Moon in Capricorn #1... setting us up for the completion of this cycle with the second Full Moon in Capricorn on July 21st.
Claim a half hour of quiet space to tune in, where you will not be interrupted. If you fall asleep, no worries, your body needed a little rest. The meditation is there for you to return to any time for the next month!
If you prefer music as a backdrop to meditations, my suggestion is the Lucid Surrender album by Entheo, any of the songs will work perfectly.
