When we hold onto the old, we limit ourselves from receiving the full potential of the new... in the Now Moment. So we paused time together to consciously complete the complex year of 2021, integrating all that we have experienced. And then tuned into the possibilities of this new year opening up in front of us in 2022! 2021... whew...
I believe many of us would say THANK GOODNESS this year is wrapped up! It has been one filled with division and change, much of it contentious and tumultuous... yet simultaneously, so many moments of grace and love and beauty.
There is much that we can dive into when talking about all that happened in 2021. However, I love turning to tarot for signs of alignment / guidance, and so as I tuned into this transition between years, I shuffled my Mystical Shaman Oracle deck. The cards I pulled say it beautifully!

2021: # 64... The Witness
The last card in the deck, The Witness is what many philosophers and gurus suggest as "the energy behind it all," "the one who is simply observing all that is happening in our lives, without judgment." A challenging energy to be in all the time as we live life! And yet, what a powerful message to guide us as we look back at this past year and integrate the key awarenesses.
The Mystical Shaman Oracle deck offers this wisdom:
"The witness observes without engaging in any action. By cultivating inner stillness, we are able to assess any situation from a higher perspective and make better decisions. When we can be present for someone else's difficulties with stillness, then we are able to truly hear them and give better advice. Sometimes, we can be so still that we are a mirror for the other. Then, through our presence, they receive their own answers.
Acknowledge your preconceptions, ideas, and feelings about the situation you are in, but resist the urge to change any of it. Do not fall back into your controlling patterns. Instead, take a few breaths, and connect with the joy of not having to perform. Hold space for the world to keep spinning on its own."

What a beautiful card to pull in connection to the new year ahead! Feel into the possibilities that this card offers us...

Yet the middle world is created by the future, not only the past, and it is a mirror of the invisible realms. When things are right in the middle world, heaven and Earth support everything. When they are not right, heaven and Earth must be brought into order as well.
The Middle World shows up when conditions are favorable to your undertaking. Do not hesitate. Move forward, as heaven and Earth are smiling upon you. The time is right, so be expedient, but mindful of not being reckless. The world is your playground, and what would require great effort at any other time can be accomplished with ease right now."

2021 Departure...
On Monday, December 27th at noon ET, we gathered in community virtually via phone for a guided energy healing and integrating of the events of 2021, in our own lives and within humanity. For those who were not able to join us live, the call was recorded for you to access later.
The process I guide you through is simple and yet profound:
This review process is important as we transition in Time because we cannot fully be available for new to arrive when we are still holding onto or judging ourselves or others for what has happened in the past.
Coming to a place of neutrality, acceptance, and forgiveness allows space for Hope... For Creativity... For Love to Expand.

The process I guide you through is simple and yet profound:
- Settle into a comfy chair or bed.
- Join the replay link, dropping fully into your own experience, knowing that I am holding the space for the energetic container and you can close your eyes and relax into our cocoon. For the next hour, I guide you (and the group who gathered live) through an energy session.
- We work our way through the year, tapping into important moments and events that happened here on Earth, with quiet spaces in between where I prompt you with questions to explore the matches within your individual journey.
- As we slowly travel through the year energetically, we honor the places where we rocked it and expanded! And we release and forgive ourselves for the places where we got stuck or didn't navigate quite as well as we would have liked.
- By the end of the hour, we arrive fully in the NOW moment as a quiet group, in harmony with what IS and opening to ALL that is yet possible.

Healing Integration...
As with every meditation and energy clearing that I guide, I suggest that you build in five minutes of stillness before we begin each call to allow yourself to land, slow down the pace, and fully arrive for this time with your Soul.
After the call ends, give yourself a buffer, a cocoon of 15-30 minutes to journal, sketch, reflect, or voice record into your phone any reflections, ideas, or images that came through during your meditation time. Often as we sit and bring the non-physical into the physical, the spiritual into the seen, our ideas take on more form and our action steps become clear.
If you are inspired to share any of your reflections, I invite you to send me an email or tag/message me on Instagram, where I also bring my reflections from energy sessions.
Energy work is manifested in the physical body through Water, and so I always suggest that you drink an extra glass or two of Water after the meditation. And nourish your body with a yummy meal!
