Welcome!
If you are new to chanting with me, I welcome you into a sacred space of Sounds with Alicia. I love to flow energy through me and express it as sounds, some of which I know and have chanted for years, some of which are completely new in the moment! I invite you into that creative play with me as we gather on 11-11-2020, trusting that Sound activates our Awakening in beautiful and profound ways.
Pour yourself a glass of water or tea, settle into a comfy spot, and let your Mind relax all expectations and simply be fully present for your experience . Everyone will be muted as you arrive and we’ll start promptly at 8:00 am and complete in about 30 minutes.
We are using Zoom for our time together. If you have not used Zoom before, perhaps take a moment now to try the link out and see how it works. I look forward to co-creating Sacred Sounds with you on 11-11-2020! If you are new to meditation with me, I use breath, visualization, and energy healing to guide you into a unique experience within the community space. Trust your own flow as my voice offers you a Sound pathway to bring your Mind-Body-Soul into greater alignment.
Settle into a comfy spot, close your eyes, and let your Body slow down for a quiet pause with your Soul. All phone lines will be muted as you arrive and we’ll start promptly at 11:11am and complete in about 20-30 minutes.
If you’d like to arrive early, Snatam Kaur’s version of Ong Sohung will be uniting us in community musically. This 9 minute chant is dedicated to bringing world peace by honoring the infinite connection between humans and Divinity. The words “Ong Sohung” translate to “I Am That – the Creative Consciousness of the Universe.”

7:00 pm ET - Chakra Activation
We are excited to play in energy space together and with you in community on this powerful portal of 11-11-2020. We will be combining our gifts of Sound and Visualization and intentionally focusing on activating each of our 7 Chakras, while also connecting down to Gaia / Earth and up / out to Source / God / The Universe.
You can mute your line and activate the toning for each Chakra or simply watch / participate in whatever way feels comfortable to you. All lines are muted as you arrive to allow Alicia and I to welcome the group together and set the foundation for our co-creative play.

Energy Chakras
If you are new to this idea of Chakras (or perhaps curious about all the ways people interpret and explain them!), you might enjoy this excerpt below from my book One Day: Gaia Grows Up! In this A-Z children's story book, I connect each chakra to different inspirational phrases that activate the energy of that chakra. And then I offer my reflections about the ways the chakras flow, sounds to activate them, and powerful mantras to connect with each one. Lots of info to contemplate!
